Aside from the limited selection of wine, the staff was rude. We were scolded for walking on a freshly waxed floor, not for safety but because the employee was annoyed that he would have to re-wax that section. We left our wine selection on the counter without purchasing it, and when the manager noticed we complained about the incident. She was equally rude and sided with the clerk. If youre going to wax your floor during business hours then get upset when people walk on it, perhaps you should wait until after hours. And if you have to wax the floor when youre open, maybe you should put up a sign and not just expect people to know that they shouldnt enter that area. In any case, there are plenty of other wine and spirit shops in this area, and we wont be returning to this one.

I might sound like a real weirdo for saying this, but I find buying alcohol much easier and more satisfying in PA than in other states. Most people feel the opposite way. While I rated this location as excellent, the one on Queen Street in the heart of Lancaster is more convenient, and the one in the Weis/Guitar Center plaza on the southwest end of Lancaster is the largest and nicest.

Me and my brother went in for wine and vodka, and was accused of stealing scotch. The general manager said someone told him we had a bottle of scotch hiding in our coat. My brother coat was open the whole time in the and I had on a hoody. We never even walked over to the section that the scotch was located. We were racially profiled

The guy at the register on 9/6/16 was very rude around 645pm. Had other good experiences there beside him. If your that miserable find a different job.
