This is the worst Verizon in the entire world. All the "boys" that work there are horrible with customer service. I tried the Verizon service for the "FREE" 17 days or however long you can try them out. I then returned the phone which was way outdated and wanted near $600.00 for the phone, He ( the little short guy with dirty blonde hair) said that he would take care of shutting the phone off and I would only be charged for the service that I used... which was maybe 20 minutes of the entire phone.... COME to find out he never shut off the service with the phone. I now owe Verizon close to $600.00 for service I never used. I went into the store and asked to speak with someone who can correct the horrible mistake they made and someone else who works there, ( kinda tall with dirty brown hair) said he would email his boss... its now been 3 weeks later. I am going back to the store to demand the managers phone number and the phone back. PLEASE do not waste your time going to the FOOTBALL jocks at the E-Town Verizon.
