Terrible customer service. a.) Called on 2 different days to their auto-center. On the first day, it took 4 rounds of waiting on hold until someone in the auto center answered. b.) On the other day I called to check if my tires were in yet (I ordered a set of 4 tires.) I was told the auto center was busy and that I should come into the store instead of calling. REALLY? Im 6 miles away. I need to spend 45 minutes physically driving to WalMart and then back home just to ASK if my tires are in? Comment: I understand sometimes the auto center is busy, but how come Pep Boys always answers THEIR phone? My opinion is that the auto center employees at this Wal-Mart dont FEEL LIKE answering the calls. WalMart should remind them they get a paycheck to answer calls. c.) In hopes of finding the status of my tire order, I asked for a manager. I figured surely the manager could get their attention and find out if my tires were there. However, the person who answered the phone said to me, "Not sure how much good that will do you, the manager was just hollering at me." Oh really? The manager is so cranky that employees are scared to transfer calls to her? That is a complete failure of customer service. I can tolerate a grouchy manager if the store is amazingly well run. But if the auto center cannot answer phone calls, and if staff is afraid to transfer calls because the manager is having a tantrum, then it sounds like the store is in a shambles. I CANCELLED MY $400 TIRE ORDER AND WENT TO PEP-BOYS THANKS TO THE BAD SERVICE. ANSWER THE PHONES.

This review is NOT about the Pharmacy department. I had really good experience when i had to return my microwave few months ago, But now i am really upset by the services i received. I have ordered tires through walmart. com. I have received an email stating my order is ready to pick up and pick up hours are 10 am to 10 pm . I went to the auto department at 7:45 as per the instructions in the e-mail, the gentleman at the desk directed me to ship to store services to collect a receipt and return back to him. I did as directed but took time shopping in the store. I returned to the auto center at 8:47 with the receipt i got from ship to store desk. The answer i got was " the door is closed " ," i dont have the key to open it " "We close at 7:00 " , " We close at 9:00". I called customer service to report the incident , i reached them after a 15 min wait time and the rep put me on hold for few minutes to talk to the store manager and told me the store is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm only and could not explain why i got a e-mail which said pick up hours are from 10:00 am to 10 :00 pm. I did not expect this kind of service from a Giant corporation like Walmart. Nobody took responsibility.

I shop at this Walmart frequently. Its located close by. Never had I had a bad experience until today. My toddler needed to use the restroom. The employee cleaning the restroom was one of the rudest employees I have ever met. He wanted us to go to the back of the store to use the family rest room. I told him my child wouldnt make it that far without having an accident. He stood in the doorway with his mop bucket and wouldnt move. So I had to climb over the bucket with my toddler after he already had an accident arguing with the employee to use that restroom. Waking out both my toddler and I said thank you. What response do we get? An eyeroll. Obviously I was upset to the point the other employees at the return counter noticed. They apologized for HIS actions. I understand he might not like cleaning bathrooms. Be considerate of a child!! Your in costumer service! He was in the bathroom less than a minute. Instead of screaming its closed and telling me to go to the back of the store have some consideration. Im highly disappointed in the way we were treated tonight.

I went to the Bensalem store on 12/18/14 at 6:40 to pick up an online item. Even though there were only two customers ahead of me, I stood in line for almost 40 minutes because of insufficient help. No one at this store ever apologizes for the poor customer service, so I didnt expect an apology when it was my turn to be helped. When the associate finally found my item, he didnt want to give it to me because my name wasnt on his computer as an alternate pickup person. I showed him the paper copy I had printed off my screen at home, showing my name and cell number. He still refused to give me my item. I had to demand to see a manager to resolve the issue, and I left the store with my one item an HOUR after I arrived at the store. Its a shame the owners cant afford to hire enough help to provide their loyal customers with decent service. Oh...wait...arent five members of the Walton family on the list of the 10 richest Americans???

This Walmart is mediocre at best. While it does offer the best prices around for a lot of things, the store itself is terrible. The place is a constant mess and clutter, to the point where its dangerous, especially for children. You cannot and will not find one decent working cart, theyre nerve wrecking to even use. Overall, after years of shopping at this Walmart, its never really been a good experience. I now despise Walmart in general, and will avoid their stores at all costs. The Walton family (the owners of Walmart) is too wealthy to begin with. At least three of the Waltons are among the top ten wealthiest people in the world. They have driven the economy and this world down terribly, and pry into the wealth of the worlds citizens. The Waltons will act like your friend, but they have a knife behind their back.

Whatever else is true, its difficult to argue with Walmarts prices, 100% guarantee and their generally reliable inventory system. Unlike many competitors at Walmart youll rarely find empty shelf-space where your Wheaties should be. I also like how the SuperCenters buy locally grown produce, whenever possible. That said, when visiting some Walmarts I feel that Ive mistakenly wandered backstage at the carnival sideshow. Maybe this calls for a few more dollars spent on maintenance, cleaning, etc.? This Bensalem (Trevose, really?) location is a bit shinier -- and I suspect a bit better managed -- than most, but it does have a significant failing: the parking lot is a royal pain to navigate, with just two main entrances & exits.

Nobody works here - or at least, nobody here seems to work. I needed one item from the Sporting Goods department. I readily located the item, locked in a cabinet. All I needed was a store associate to unlock the cabinet and sell me the item. Unfortunately, there were no associates around. I finally tried phoning the store - the phone rang for over 3 minutes, maybe sixty times - no one ever picked up. Nor was I the only one waiting; at least three other people were milling around the displays, hoping someone would come. I finally gave up. This Wal-Mart creates a whole new level of customer service - by declining to offer any service at all.
