Ive read these reviews, and cant agree with these complaints. I have been to this store over ten times since they have opened. Every time Ive been greeted and asked if I needed any help within 3 minutes. I have also found the employee helping me to be friendly and knowledgeable of the items im there to purchase. Also they have the best fastners department of any of these home stores. I find what i need within 10 minutes and have never waited in line more than 5 minutes. Only have had one return which was cheerfully refunded. I missed the old Sears store, and im grateful Ace has brought it back. I wish them continued success at this locationand hope Ace is here for a long time in the future. ~ DT ~

This new store location is impeccably clean, fully stocked, and has a very helpful staff. I also like that they carry Craftsman tools which were the first in the industry to carry a lifetime warranty. After I shopped there on Monday, I realized they have a 20% off Tuesday sale. Ill shop there on Tuesdays from now on.

Went to stor to rent a uhal was changed 3 times for it and know one in the store can help refund the money. the employees are all useless
