We absolutely LOVED working with On Paper! Beth has easily been the most helpful, thoughtful, and sweet vendor weve worked with during our whole wedding planning process! We knew we wanted something unique when we came in for our appointment, but other than that we had no idea what we were looking for when it came to invitations. Beth spent over an hour looking through binders of invitations with us and helped us create a custom invitation set that completely exceeded our expectations! Even after the invitations were designed, Beth was very responsive to emails and helped answer questions when we received our proof. On Paper was an absolute joy to work with and were just about to schedule another appointment to design our wedding programs and place cards. Id recommend them to everyone! I love supporting local businesses and On Paper makes it so easy to do so -- I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I went in the store on a weekday, when there was just one other customer in the store and it appeared to be 2 or 3 people working. I was not even acknowledged. I was interested in learning more about their wedding invitations, so I went straight to the back room where the books were figuring that someone would notice. I began to look at the books of invites myself. The older lady who worked there (possibly the owner) eventually looked at me and asked me if I had an appointment. Well no, I said but thats why I was there in the first place but since no one was helping me to do so I had gone straight to the back! She eventually told a sales associate to set one up with me while she proceeded to make her lunch right in front of me. How rude. I will be back for my appointment there soon and ONLY because I liked some of the things I saw.. I hate the idea giving these jerks my money though.

My wife and I got our invitations through On Paper and they made the entire process a breeze. Just grazing at the options on the world wide web, we were overwhelmed. When we went in for a consult, Michelle walked us through step by step and made sure our invites were just what we wanted (even down to font size!). While these are more expensive than online options, it was 100% worth it. You pay for their professional advice and the satisfaction of knowing everything is taken care of. On Paper has anything you could ever want, all while being welcoming and respectful.

I Love This Store! This past weekend I needed a last minute gift for a birthday party. The staff came up with a unique and thoughtful idea for my gift. I appreciated how the employees thought outside the box, and genuinely appreciated my business. For my next party, I would love to have my invitations printed here. I saw some of their beautiful invitation samples, and they look fantastic. We are so lucky to have a unique store like this in the Short North. Everyone should check out this place.

Michelle was a delight to work with! She made the whole process of picking out the perfect invitation a stress-free and fun experience. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and a budget and she matched the style/font and exceeded all expectations and helped keep the project under budget. There was prompt communication and correspondence throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend considering "On Paper" for your special occasions.

I love this shop. Everything is so beautifully displayed and I always find a perfect gift, not mention a card. I have also purchased custom Holiday cards and numerous business related printed pieces- all done with a great eye for design. We did our daughters wedding invitations there years ago and I have been a customer ever since. By far the best stationer in town!

Great little shop with a variety of paper products: washi tape, rubber stamps, stationary, cards, postcards, pens, etc. I was surprised at the very back they had a cute little area dedicated entirely to wedding stuff. Staff was nice and helpful.
