Consider this incident: The store closes at 8PM weeknights. One night my son ran out of his prescription. I realized this at 7:55 and dashed to Carman Drugs. It was past 8PM (around 8:05, I think) when I got there and the lights were out. The pharmacist had left and was in his car with the engine running, about 30 yards away. He saw me at the door, turned off his car and came back to the store. (I didnt even realize he had returned.) He filled the prescription in two minutes and said hed collect the copay from me the next day, or whenever I next came by. Mind you, I am not a "special" customer by any stretch of the imagination. I have never encountered customer service at this level of excellence. And I dont think any other organization in any field can match it. Five well-deserved stars. I just wish I could award 10 stars.

oh how I love Carman Drugs, lemme count the ways...I cant remember the last time I called for a refill script, they do it for me. I never wait for my meds, always on time. Always greet me with a smile, never made to feel like an inconvenience. Always have the odds and ends i need and never cant find things i want to buy. Always getting the best deal possible, they even found coupons for me! Every pharmacy should be like this and If you dont know what its like, you should try :) oh yea and i won 100$ bucks for a holiday giveaway, sweeeet!!!!

Hands down the best pharmacy on long island! Customer service in unbelievable. They know your name when you walk in the door. They watch your medications carefully. They have such an amazing selection of gifts and surgical supplies in the store! Tom and Rob are amazing pharmacists and I could not think of a better experience! Stop by once and I promise you will never go to another pharmacy again!

This place is great. Tom and Rob go over and above the call of duty. Our Mom has been very sick and at 89 she’s needs a lot of attention. They make sure we have what we need, they help separate her prescriptions for her daily use. they are great. This is why I won’t use a "big Chain drug store" If you live remotely close to Carmen Drug, you need to go there! S F.

You get personalized service here in a friendly and spotless environment! It is not like the big chains where they treat you like a just like a regular customer. I love their personalize attention here unlike cvs and walmart. You wont be disappointed!
