My husband and I were paying customers and I had an "bathroom" emergency. Most gas stations provide a bathroom for their customers. When the manager saw that I was desperate he still refused to let me use the employee restroom. It was a very cruel. Thank goodness for the Goodyear just down the road that let me use their rest room even though I wasnt a paying customer at their establishment...and thank God I was able to make it there. This is a poorer area of Syracuse and all kinds of excuses can be made for not having a restroom....but there is no excuse for the managers cruelty to me in front of a store full of people. My advice is to get a bathroom for your paying customers if you are afraid to because you are in a poor part of town....use a keyed bathroom. I had to click on at least one star to get this to post if I could I would give minus 1000 stars.

I love this store and the people that work there. They are my family...I look forward to seeing them all daily as I get my gas and coffee. I always leave there with a smile.
