I purchased the wrong printer from here and ran back fast to return it, but it became like a whole thing. They thought I was trying to rip them off and refused to accept my return. I called Epson to explain the situation, they were able to figure out what happened, apologized for the mix up, said it was a common issue with Walmart and offered to send me the printer I initially meant to purchase (which cost 60 dollars more). I understand where the manager Kevin was coming from which is that their system raised a red flag and people are constantly trying to rip them off. But the guy was a super abrasive. Walmart just screwed me and the dude was mad at me. This is why Amazon is so popular, because if that printer was shipped back to Amazon they would have dealt with their problem on their own and exonerated me before contacting me. But instead I had to deal with Walmart’s problem. I had to take the extra step and call Epson and find the rational explanation. Merchandise is accessible to anyone so unlike with Amazon where everything is kept in warehouses, Walmart has to deal with random people picking up and handling their merchandise. They’re not evil, it’s just in this case I was forced to take many extra steps and spend a larger amount of my time to resolve Walmarts problem. When I could have gotten the same results by opening my Amazon app and clicking, “Buy Now”.

This is one of the worst Wal-Mart stores I have ever visited. In the three years I have lived here I have almost forgotten that it is here because I avoid it at all costs. Always a mess and the staff is incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. In the last three times in which I have had to come here, I have walked out twice without buying anything out of sheer frustration. This last visit was to purchase a computer monitor, however they have no display models and apparently it is against policy to open a product to see it. And according to the employee in electronics, "I dont know anywhere that would let you do that?!" I love when employees act like Im asking for something ridiculous that is normal everywhere else.

Date 2/7/14 Went shopping with coupons for each item purchased, some of which did not scan. Cashier manually entered the coupons but then needed front end supervisor Kyneishas, approval. Kyneshia deleted my coupons from transaction stating only one coupon allowed. She then basically accused me of fraud and using counterfeit coupons. When I said to take items off my sale as I was not paying full price she became nasty and rolled her eyes at me scolding me for my ignorance in their "new" coupon policy. I told her that I would just shop at Shop Rite as they double coupons and she stormed off. I did nothing to deserve being treated like a lesser class citizen because I use coupons to feed my family.

First of all I just had to leave my cart and walk out cause you hire people who dont know anything and dont want to help anyone out who also wants to give an attitude with people then she gets a manager who is about the same and then decides Im not as important and goes and deals with other people. I have a Sams club business credit card that I know works and also I have an exemption number for Walmart for product for my business and I was not only embarrassed but felt insulted as well. I will def find somewhere else to shop from now on cause of this. Maybe for future reference you should hire people with some smarts.

Took 45 minutes on the phone to confirm they had a dvd I wanted, 30 minutes after the phone call take a trip there on my lunch break to find out not only has it not been in stock, but it was twice the price they told me it would be. Store was horribly messy, employees were ridiculously rude and lacked knowledge about anything relevant to a rational human being. Im surprised they remember to feed themselves and carry out basic hygiene rituals. Well not sure if they do the second. Also when calling got "transferred" 5 times and always ended up back at the same guy, until the 5th time.

Walmart were ever you go is the same thing! 35 registers and only to 2 or 4 are open in NY, NJ,PA,FL,SC and PR what a shame yes the employee are nasty and not helpful at all, and it is so messy! The only things that are good are pharmacy and the auto part but the front end not good! To much motivation speeches while the store is full of paying customers. We pay for their employment but we get treated bad by managers and employees. I can say there are a few very nice employees I can count them.

This is the worst Walmart I have been too. The food section, especially the frozen food, smells like rotting meat. The staff and customer service reps are disrespectful, very unfriendly and rude. Nothing is ever priced correctly and even when the package clearly marked with a price they still charge more. The aisle are always packed full during daytime hours with freight and product on pallets. Bathrooms are always a mess and need cleaning.

As wal-marts go, this one is just below average. In comparison to other wal-marts that Ive been to, expect to be frustrated by: lack of parking, under-stocked/disorganized shelves, and long lines at the check-outs. Ive actually found that the strip behind the Wal-mart to be an alternative. If you are the kind of person who doesnt mind store hopping, the 15 or so stores down behind have a lot of the same things.

If it wasnt for cheaper prices , I would never shop at Walmart. Lots of items are out of stock on a regular basis. The lines at the registers are always full of people , and usually only a handful of open registers to serve people. I understand that big business is always looking to save money , but sometimes its a little much to get to the registers to check out and only 3 or 4 registers open.

Store not clean, u cant ask for help, they either cant speak English or no one around. Sometimes there is a bunch of employees standing up front talking and no one helps u. Not enough registers open. This is the Newburgh store Middletown store is much cleaner much more friendlier still no help for lack of American speaking employees I dont care who works there as long as someone can help who speaks English

Go in with the lowest expectations. Make sure to park by Taco Bell because people will ding your bumper every time without fail, and the parking lot was designed by a moron (or someone who makes a profit from said fender benders). Unfriendly folks (customers and associates) long lines, and poor stock. Also, the prices are pretty bad here, so it pays to just visit one or two other stores instead.

This place is awful! Clothes on the floor, packaged products are all banged up, shelves are unorganized, and staff are very lazy, we ask someone where something is, and theyd point it to you! We compared to one in Florida, and Id rate it 1000 stars if I could. Arcitechure was great, chalkboard signs hung from the ceiling, very organized, flooring was beautiful! Much better!
