I bought 3 cups of coffee for $2.04 each over a 3 hour period and took 1 into the restaurant to have with my breakfast....I had accidentally put too much sugar in my coffee and poured maybe a 1/4 cup out and topped it off with fresh coffee..The cashier watched me go into the restaurant then come back out holding the coffee cup, and even after me explaining to her what had happened and what I had done she still acted a smirking fool telling me she still had to charge me a additional $2.04...This couldnt be the cream of the crop when it comes to TA Pembroke, NY....The poor lady had really thin hair like she was going thru a cancer situation and was very frail and appeared to be in her mid 60s...When I asked to see the manager she just gave me a dirty smirk and walked away from the register ignoring me and acting like she didnt hear me...I felt sorry for her considering her sickly appearance and just chalked it up to illness and old age...But I will most definitely go to the Flying J located on the same exit from here on out...And just regret I had purchased $350.00 worth of diesal earlier when I arrived...And....I really hope the manager reads this...

Normally, TAs are great. My hubby loves them. However, this one is costly. You have to exit the toll to get to it, and have to re-enter the toll when you leave, being charged for both. For truck drivers, that gets expensive, especially when you are unaware of the situation. To rub salt in the wound, the prices are sky high. For example; one overripe banana on the small side costs $0.89. Again, for those that drive for work, that adds up. That is just one example. Im not saying never go to TA again. Im just saying stop taking advantage of an out of control system already in place. That isnt capitalism. Thats theft. Ret. Medic and Wife of Veteran

(DR. D.j is the solution). I was in berween dealer and ta for quite a few times. Nobody was able to find and fix the problem on my 09 cascadia. Likely i went to this very friendly location. They heard my story and put there best man on the job. His name IS D.J. SO DR. D.J. WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT ECLECTIC FAULT WITH NO TIME AS A MAGICIAN. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT TECHNICIAN FOR ANY COMPLEX JOB.

Jenna awesome server , however steaks were old salad bar not stocked sweet tea was becoming rancid, out of French fries customer next to me waited 45 minutes never got order, and "Mary" the supervisor glared and sneered at the bus of customers as they left murmuring a derogatory comment pertaining to race. Dont recommend this place to anyone

Great Truck stop. Everything is nice and clean. Employees are nice and helpful. They have a Country Pride restaurant inside. They also have just about everything a trucker would need. They also have a mobile church located outside, dont know how much it actually moves as it is always there Everytime we have went there. Lol

This place a year ago Ive heard things about, since they hired new staff in all areas of the truck stop it has improved drastically, very nice staff in the restaurant and the food is great. I realize it is not perfect, no store/restaurant is in my opinion its still gets a 8 or 9 out of 10 as far as service and food.

washer ate my quarters, told the cashier and then I proceeded to wait.......So I just handed over more bills to get my laundry done, I am a driver and are always on a time limit. I would think of alm places a truck stop would understand this. Other than that the facility was clean. Showers, laundry , fuel etc

Overpriced items usually 20 to 35% higher than a conventional gas station due to this being a Truckers Pit Stop . Most conventional gas stations cant accommodate big trucks so they know that they can increase the price and most truckers will end up paying it because they dont have many options

The fuel pumps are fast, its usually no wait.. The parking lot is a nice size but gets filled up really fast at night, like most truck stops.. But uhhh they only have 6 showers which is not many and the one I had (Luck #6) was horrible, there were gray hairs everywhere

Lot filled up at night but grounds were extremely clean! No trash laying in or around in the parking area. Service was extremely friendly and helpful and the restrooms were very clean. Didnt shower or eat here but would highly recommend.

Shower smelled horrid, had to stand with the door open before I could stand it. Toilet was nasty, hair all over it and in the sink. This shower was not cleaned between users. How hard can it be to clean a shower?

Been here many times, always a nice experience! Country Pride restaurant has excellent food, weve had several different items, all very good. Gift shop has a lot of unique stuff. Hard to believe its a truck stop.

The shop management will not stand behind there work.. Manager is a unprofessional rude prick who needs to loose his job.. Do not get work done at there shop.. Especially tires..

There service in the restaurant was horrible I waited 15 min for a water I didnt receive. So I just walked out, went to the Flying J across the road.

Friendly staff and helpful when you need it. Showers are current, clean and have enough room to move around unlike some of the other sites.

I had am enjoyable visit. Had to wait a lil longer than usual for my order but its all good tho. Im sure Ill be back here to eat again. :)

Nice enough place, but the 24 hour restaurant closes from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Bummer if you come in late...

Worse food and service ever. Ham was dry ,bacon was over cooked. Waitress had no clue what her job was.

24 hr truck stop only if you want fuel and junk food.... Good for the solar powered drivers I guess...
