I went in Thursday around 4pm. Got a tongue ring. Top was centered. Bottom was wayyyyy off to my right. I knew something was wrong as soon as I felt a pinch. Ive never felt a pinch since my first time getting it done. Not sure how to go about fixing this but Im not too pleased. My tongue hasnt hurt or gotten swollen in the many times Ive gotten it done but Im suffering right now and its not even worth it because its crooked and its bothering my OCD. Who doesnt want a centered tongue ring? Ive gotten my tongue pierced here last time and I loved it. This time, not so much. Different piercers. I prefer the first one. I forgot his name. This guys name was Brent. He didnt even use a long bar in case of swelling which, in this case, its swelling. He looked at the top and said perfect but didnt lift it to check the bottom like most do. Maybe he knew it was crooked when he placed the bottom ball on. I didnt notice how badly crooked it was until last night and Im quite irritated because, again, this quality of piercing is NOT worth the pain. Maybe it was a one time mistake, idk, but I really want this fixed somehow. -- Edit: they were understanding and accommodated me. Again, nothing against the piercer, probably an off day but I do enjoy coming here. Otherwise I wouldnt keep coming back

I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and asked me what I wanted. When I told them it was simple and small, they made space for me immediately. Let me just say that the shop is impeccably clean. I have never seen a cleaner shop. The waivers can all be signed electronically which is great and extremely easy. My artist was Jacob who was very professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also spoke a lot with Kevin who was also awesome and welcoming. Jacob was fast and thorough. The line work is excellent especially for it being so small and in my finger. I plan on going back again and I would recommend Immortal Ink to anyone.

I went to the immortal ink in Flemington and had a TERRIBLE experience. I went in to talk about getting a color mermaid tattoo on my side. The guy pretty much said that it wont work but I can get a rose tattoo... WHAT?! Why would I want a rose if I was asking about a mermaid... I asked why we cant do a mermaid. And he said that anything is possible they can do but that.... made no sense. Since I spoke to other artists afterwards who never once mentioned it would be an issue.... I will NEVER go back there. And I tell EVERYONE about this ludicrous story.

I got a single tragus and single helix piercing here. The environment was professional and the man who did my piercing did a very good job. He talked me through what he was doing and made sure I knew what to do once I got home. I had gone to the mall for previous lobe piercings, but this experience was much better and I felt I was in good hands. They also use the needle instead of the gun. I highly recommend this place for piercings!

I was just there to get my bellybutton pierced, and it was such a great experience. The guy who did it was professional and fantastic. Ive been there before and had piercings done by Kevin and Jacob, who are both awesome. Many of my friends go here to get piercings as well as tattoos, and they report the same experience. If you are looking for trustworthy and talented artists, come to this place.

Extremely clean, sanitary and professional. They all obviously know what theyre doing. John has done 2 half sleeve designs about 6 years ago and they came out perfect. He even drew up an original twist on a design Id seen and made it work for my arms own unique dimensions. I wont go anywhere else because they run it like a business with the customer experience being the# 1 goal. Great Reputation.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Make sure you finish your tattoo in the first session because the artists will request sexy favors in exchange for completion. Specifically, "Baby John" who has a wife and kid to be dropping not suttle requests with a 19 year old is down right shameful. Take your business elsewhere if you are an attractive female and save yourself the drama.

First time here. Jacob was my tattooer. He did a great job. I got exactly what I wanted. Staff is laid back and very cool. Ill be going back :)
