Terrible Service! Went buy to get a UPS box to bring home and pack up an item. Older Lady at the counter said they dont give out the boxes unless you are packing and shipping there. Arent these boxes free???? Very Rude! They did not even have anything out for me to take one!!!! I went to FedEx Kinkos down the street and got a "free" box and used their service! Will never go back to this UPS store again!!!!

Do not go there for DHL! I went there twice to send a package internationally via dhl, was told I needed ID and other info that is required for UPS but not DHL. The lady had no idea what she was talking about. I had to go to another UPS location to send via DHL as they were more knowledgeable about the process (in 400 West Cummings Park in Woburn).

Worst service ever! Will charge you $5 for receiving a box. Ludicrous charge after I paid $150 for the use of a postal box. Owner has teenagers running the business and the charge is "a policy" My contract says nothing about a $5 charge - this is theft. Moving my business elsewhere and filing a complaint with UPS corporate office and the BBB.
