I use to love coming to the Shop and was a regular because we loved the customer service given by the guy with no hair but then they hired a complete idiot with piercings who when going in February 27, 2011 we bought two shirts and were going to buy 3 cyclones but he refused to sell to us because we told them the last person at a shop who tried selling us a grinder acted like he had smoked too much and I guess this is referencing getting high even though that never came out of our mouths. Was real surprised because the guys buying a pipe in front of us he bought his piece and then the guy asked for id always thought it was suppose to be before you sell a piece and ignored us and tried selling them his cd and once they left he didnt want to help us whatsoever. He has brown hair, lip pierced, and a terrible attitude. We may return just for the bigger dude who is AWESOME but it really isnt worth being treated like that when there are so many smoke shops. Got my Cyclones at Nights of Rave after that experience we had a wonderful one and now will go there from now on. Was quite a shame that they lost a customer because this is the second bad experience when this dude is the one working but one bad experience too many. -Two hippies with dreads

Great selection. Lousy service. I went in looking for a vape pen for using cbd oil. The guy was weird and dismissive and said nothing existed for it. Of all the pens they offered he refused to say any would work with cbd. So I went online and found a Bud Touch IMMEDIATELY! About $25.00 for it and two cartridges. So it exists. I have it. It works perfectly with cbd oil. Not sure why the store guy was so adamant nothing existed. He acted like he just wanted me to go away. Bad experience. But it is a great stocked store. They seem to have tons of every kind of product. Head shop.

I LOVE the shop, anytime i go in there i always get what i need and walk right out within five to ten minutes. My favorite person in the shop is a guy with long hair, he always knows what he is talking about, kind, helpful, and very fun to talk to when he isnt busy. He always says hello when i walk in and goes back to what he is doing. If you visit the shop you should see about him helping you if hes working the day you go. I plan on going there today

There is nothing worse than a 23 year old, pretentious hipster. The, (Id normally say "man"--however this child doesnt qualify) kid who appears to be running this, quantifiably beautiful shop, is just a jerk. I realize, we are the "chill" type, but that doesnt mean we are not in a hurry. Not only were you judgmental about my situation, but you argued with your co-worker so long, I almost had to leave without sale.

Lots of selection, but the new manager is really weird. I was trying to buy a tobacco pouch, and he kept insisting I had to go online. He had the same pouch that I did buy online in the store. Lost a sale, and for what? I was the only customer there, he must have had better things to do than try to help someone in his store buy something. Will drive the extra distance to the Coughing Cardinal from now on.

Ive never had a bad experience at The Shop. The staff is very helpful and i was surprised the guys remembered who I was. They have a great selection of pipes and their hookah and tobacco selection is great. its very convenient to look at their selection rather than buying and guessing through the internet. id give them two thumbs up forsure

The have a nice selection of products BUT they are NEVER open on time. If you run a business with POSTED business hours, said business should be open by that time. This makes it very inconvenient for your customers, that pay the business owner & your employees. Guess we will have to take our money elsewhere.

the shop met all of my needs and after some complications they made my friend a really fair deal! very happy with the friendliness of the staff i would recommend to anyone! store has a really chill and friendly vibe to it, and has tons in stock all the time for anyones needs! will definitely be back.

Used to go there regularly, but the service has been completely unprofessional and severely lacking the last few times weve been in. Also if youre looking for Kratom they jacked the prices up a ridiculous amount. Rodao Drive in St. Ann has way better Kratom prices.

I love The Shop. The staff is always friendly. Its mostly the same guy I see working every time Ive been. Theyve got a great selection of really cool creations. Its a smoke shop. Pipes, bowls, water bongs, etc. Very laid back and friendly place to check out.

Amazing customer service. I forgot an attachment that I needed so I had to turn around, went in and told them what I needed and he gave it to me for free. Its the little things like that imo that makes a great business even better. U guys rock!
