Friendly staff and a good sale going on when I went in. However, I looked down every aisle for a hand basket when I gathered more in my arms than I could carry. There were no baskets anywhere in sight, not even at the end of the aisles or at the front. Several staff saw me accidentally drop several pencils and a folder, gather them up again and keep walking while not one person stopped to help me pick the items or ask me if I wanted a basket. I walked on, and looked for an associate for several minutes as I headed toward the front, continuing to struggle to hold on to my items, yet continued to stop more items again as I walked. I stopped again and picked them up, and contributed walking toward the front but the staff on the floor had all disappeared, despite the fact there we only five people in the store. The staff at the registers just watched me walk, drop more items, pick them up and walk toward them only to stop and drops some again. The staff at checkout were helpful and courteous, however the customer service up to that point when i began to struggle with an handful of small items was ridiculous. Ill be back but not without insisting on someone find me a basket. One might think I staged the whole incident, but I couldnt if I tried, it was that comical.

Today I had a very bad experience at this location. I witnessed a staff berate another staff member in front of customers. The perpetrators name tag said Casey she was a small statured white female wearing glasses. The victim of this unprofessional act was someone named Sterling, medium height slender black male .For what ever reason "Casey told Sterling what he should be doing several( four times) times in a crass disappointed demeanor in ear shot of customers like myself. I asked if she was a supervisor and he said she has only worked their a month. This "Sterling" team member acted puzzled yet professionally throughout.

I have to go here for work sometimes. I like OfficeMax, but there is just something off about this one.. It is dark inside & a little too empty. It feels like the displays might start being sold off any minute. Hands down the most depressing location Ive ever been to.

Has all your office needs, and if you dont see it, they can order it online and ship it to the store or to you directly. Good and friendly staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I feel the location is in need of a refresh, to keep up with the newer stores.

Come in for a simple pencil that even Walmart Carries On they tell me they can order it for me I guess theyve never heard of Amazon or Hell any place can order offline I come into a store to buy a pencil not to order it offline from you worst store ever

Very clean was able too look and find do everything we needed without being overwhelmed that was great really slow being checked out on lyrics on each cashier and it was only 2 ppl in the line

While its an aging big box office supply store with audibly buzzing lights, it still has whatever little office gear I happen to need, be it toner or drafting tools or binders.
