Absolutely horrible experience! I brought my 8 month puppy in for a groom, they told me about an hour and a half and he would be ready. Well they called me in less than an hour. I picked him up and he was in a panic and uncontrollable. I noticed his eyes were completely blood shot! I immediately demanded a manager and questioned the appearance of my puppy. He then proceeded to say he thought my dog was coming down with a case of Cherry Eye. I told him that is not the case as he is completely healthy and was just dropped off within an hour of his appearance and he in no way had any issues. He suggested we take our puppy next door to the Banfield hospital and have him checked over by the vet. Her evaluation of our puppy was that he was having an anxiety and or panic attack and that his eyes were blood shot due to something tight around his neck, she further stated that because she was a vet, not a groomer, she could not say exactly what happened, but something did that traumatized him. After the evaluation from the vet, I found another manager to talk to about the incident, she apologized and reassured me she would check into the whole thing and get back to me, I also handed her the bill I received saying my dog was bathed..HE WAS NOT BATHED MINE YOU!! He still smelled and had dander everywhere! We are so angry!! And as customers We entrust our fur babies to these ppl at this Petsmart and they abuse, lie, steal, and cheat the public of trust and safety! Employees need to be held accountable for their actions! Never do I recommend anyone taking their puppies or adult dogs to this place! Im so angry for my puppy! We are their voices!

I highly recommend not buying fish from this place. Go to a real aquarium fish establishment. I adopted some fish two years ago for my young son now 5. When we got the first few he named them instantly, his favorite was "Baby." She and the few others became lethargic and covered in white bubbles. After much research we discovered it was ick. Kills the fish. Trying to get your money back for a fish killed from a terrible (fish department) means jumping through hoops. Bringing the fish in, sample of the water etc. I understand some are not educated fish owners. My sons favorite fish survived but the rest died. I spoke to a team member about it and had to pay a stupid amount for medication for the horse**** disease infested fish I purchased from then dead a week later. Since then I assumed maybe it was a bad batch, or poor management and care. I have now tried two separate times buying a few little ones to join our 30 gallon of healthy fish. The third time, and now again they have killed the entire tank including the few we added from a donation tank looking for a home and the pet store in sun Ray. Never an issue. Im pissed that I wasted my money in this establishment and now my son is going to wake up tomorrow before kindergarden and realize his giant goldfish he loves so much is gone because I was stupid enough to trust in this crappy fish department. Stop selling sick fish. I now get to pick up the pieces tomorrow morning because of your crummy company. And I work in tamarack. Consider my fish (whats left), cats birds and dog never spending money in your store. The manager, it overseer of this department should be ashamed.

I have taken my dog here multiple times over the last two years. They do an average to slightly below average job each time. Nothing outstanding, but they dont appear to hurt my dog and his fur is shorter and fluffier when I pick him up. If thats all you are looking for this place is fine (although a bit pricey). Recently, went to have my dog groomed. Unfortunately, I forgot his updated rabies certificate. I was told that they could not groom my dog without it. I was disappointed, but understood not being able to groom a dog without a rabies vaccine certification. I told the groomer that I lived too far away to drive home and get the vaccine paperwork and make it back for the appointment. She offered to reschedule. She told me that when I got home I could call back with the vaccine info (expiration month and year) and she would enter it into the computer in case I forgot the paperwork again, that way they would still be able to preform the grooming. I told her I had that information memorized and gave it to her. She still refused to groom my dog. I asked what the difference was giving her the info over the phone or in person. This flustered her and she said "I was just trying to help". How is it helpful to take information over the phone, but not in person? I even offered to go to the parking lot and call with the info. She refused. I have multiple small childrens schedules to work around. It is not easy to come here. To hear that if I just called before I left with the same info I could give personally my dog could have been groomed, and instead I have to reschedule is very frustrating.

So says i walked around for a bit looking for so food could not find it then I found a girl working there I told her I was looking for Purina puppy chow she said ok 30 seconds later she asks me what kind of puppy chow I wantedI told her Purina She says ok we walk down one food Ill she stopped looked at me and says what kind of Purina dog food did you want and I said I want. A puppy chow comes in a blue bagits made by Purinaand says puppy chow on it then she says to me oh we dont have that. so I decided to look for myself some more and a little while later I found it. it was $3.56 more expensive than Walmart. I think maybe they should drug test their employees also for being a pet store you would think that you would have pet food cheaper than you could get some place else long story short I wont be going back there to pay their high prices then to top it all off I get up to the cashier and she seemed really excited to be there

Too bad cant do zero stars. DO NOT TRUST THE FISH FROM THIS LOCATION. I was an aquarium hobbyist almost my whole life. Bought what seemed like a healthy pleco from this location, within 5 days all my fish that were in contact with the pleco are dead, pleco included. It was a slow, agonizing situation, Ive never seen anything like what happened, some of those fish I had for years, I did everything in my power, to no avail, Ill I could do was stand by and watch them perish horribly. Please please do not make my mistake, dont buy fish from here.

Have been bringing in our 13 year old Corgi for nail trims for the last 6 months. Rabies shot up to date and in their system. Licensed with the city. All of a sudden last Saturday she was too old, would have to see a vet first, might be having a computer glitch, blah, blah, blah....bet if it were a week day you would have treated us completely different? Come on......seriously? If you were too busy, just say so or was it that you get better tips and return visits from the grooms? Never again -grooming or over-priced store!
