I came to the store in Hopkins to purchase a bottle of wine. I had a van with a large trailer and parked in the lot taking up 5 places. 1 other car was in the lot at the time. A young manager came out and told me to move my truck, I drew his attention to the fact that there the lot was basically empty and asked if I could quickly make a selection. He said no. I left without making a purchase. He probably feels like he "won". What he failed to realize is the power of a bad report on business. Not only will I never shop there again, but I will certainly repeat the story of this young cowboys arrogance to many. I am in business for myself and I have learned that customers are 1) hard to get and 2) fund our paychecks. To the owners of the store I would suggest giving your mangers a lesson in basic customer service.

I dont know how this place has received any bad reviews. Just getting my own place and beginning to endeavor in the wine game Ive went there with no clue what I was doing.. My legit first time going in to a liquor store to make my own purchase and this man was so helpful and knowledgeable like I felt like a Sommelier when I left. Thats an exageration of course but i would deffinately recommend this place.

You may have to find the right employee, but theres always at least one who has an excellent knowledge of wine or liquor to recommend something new or tasty, or to go with my meals. They dont seem to have as full a selection, however, as other MGMs.

Not very good prices for a large chain. Manager is rude and not knowledgeable. They didnt card the young cute girl ahead of me but they carded a 60 year old man.

Good selection and nice staff. Store itself is lacking cleanliness and pricing on some items is astronomical compared to other stores in the area.

Good liquor store and it holding its own against the likes of total Wine. Prices a bit high, but the selection is pretty good.

Shady staff. Guy said he had the bottle I wanted cold in back only to later find out it was open and watered down.

Horrible customer service, very over priced. A few of the staff memebers seem to be particularly racist.
