worst experience at any store ever! I personally am not much of a car guy, but I am very hands on and have done a lot of research as well as a lot of my buddies know about cars. I decided to get new windshield wipers since mine was absolutely terrible. I knew the brand of the wipers i wanted but would like to get some feedback and some help from the associates. Right as I walked into the door there was no one in site. after waiting five minutes two associates showed up at the front counter as I found the wiper blade section. When I approached the counter they were just chit chatting about the weekend and what not and made we wait yet another few minutes for them to finish up. after I said i had needed help finding the proper wiper blades for my car (Mazda 3) all the associate told me was that they were down isle one. When I tried to talk to him and ask him for his feedback he told me go with the Bosch which were the ones I wanted to buy. After asking once again if he could show me where they were and tell me the differences in a few of them all the associate said "they are right down isle on at the end". This to me was terrible customer service without even actually helping a customer. I immediately at that point grabbed the windshield wipers, checked out; and i can guarantee you, you will never see me in that store again.

Well i am a female writing under a mans e mail name But i hate going here!!!I absolutely despise it! _Why? every time i go there this one cashier has the nerve to continuously hit on me and the nice hints i give him like the fact that i wont give him my number and i also have told him i have a boyfriend he just wont shut his face.IF i ever have to go in there again i think i will just have to punch this mfr.. I shop for parts and i know what i am doing. I dont need some desperate lonely condescending clerk hitting on me no matter what i say everytime i go there ...so its not the store its the clerk (s) that i really HATE! and i have to go to the one off of main street 2 miles further away to get service with RESPECT! lexington street auto zone sucks balls!!

I went to Auto Zone today because I had a headlight out. As soon as I walked in, a salesman named Angelo C. approached me and offered assistance. I told him what I was looking for, and after a couple of questions about year make and model, he was back in moments with the bulb I needed. Check out was quick and easy and he even explained where it goes and how to put it in. I would go back without question. Thank you Angelo!

First Ill start off saying that my whole experience there was terrible. I dealt with an older man who had a horrible attitude, he couldnt help me find the right bolt and then he sold the the wrong part. When I first walked into the store it smelt like feet and *ss. I needed my car fixed today but now the store is closed and Im screwed.

Probably the worst service Ive gotten at an auto zone. Every employee in the store was extremely reluctant to test my cars battery, a "free" they provide. All the employees attitude was just awful. I thought the advanced auto parts 5 mins away was bad, but this play is a lot worse.

I had a great experience there yesterday - gentleman who helped me find the right headlight for our car. Very friendly and professional. The store didnt have the other bulb I was looking for, but he printed out the information for me so I can call back later to see if its in stock.

Called about a special transmission fluid, and the associate was very helpful, and went over to verify stock while I was on hold. Good that they had the older fluid I needed, and Autozone tends to have some of the older parts I need in stock. Will shop there again.
