The service is outstanding here. My partner and I were out of town and it was Sunday. Well wouldnt you know that most medical supply companies are closed on Sundays, we did not. My partners cpap machine decided the previous night that it was going to die. Unfortunately my partner cant sleep without a cpap. So here it was, Sunday, working on no sleep for 24 plus hours. We drive from Maine to Peabody looking to purchase a new machine. We were one of the first customers to arrive and the gentleman, who I believe is also the owner, was more than accommodating. We told him our woes and even showed him the cpap machine that died. This gentleman went above and beyond. He was able to find a cpap machine, but unfortunately someone else had removed the power supply. We thought we could call around and find one locally, but as it turns out, that voltage and amp combination couldnt be located. So although we couldnt buy the machine, the gentleman was more than helpful. Its nice to see this level of customer service still exists. Not only was this man extremely empathetic of our situation, but he did everything possible to remedy our situation. I wish that we were lucky enough to live close by, because the quality of customer service is out of this world. Highly recommend NorthShore Care Supply.

Rented a wheelchair for my father from out of town. Was quoted $50 for the month and if I returned it early (I needed it for 2 weeks), they would prorate the cost and give some back. Just went to return it. Man said it was usually $60 a month so I was getting a deal and they dont give money back. Then he said its usually $20 a day and so I should feel like Im getting a bargain. Checked with the guys in the back and they said its usually $80 a week and so again - I got a deal. Get it in writing or dont bother. I would never recommend this place.

Amazing service! Our fathers recently had hip surgery and North Shore Medical has been great work with – the staff is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt! We will recommend them to our friends and family!
