Im a regular customer at this Sallys. I dont know how it happened and how they did it, but my god it has changed so much. The place looks so much organized, and even though I always see new faces at this store, the current staff is quite helpful and friendly.Before most of the employees looked miserable to be there quite frankly. And they were not very helpful. I went there a almost a month ago to get some products since my hair was drying out, and this a very vibrant young woman helped me out. She was all smiles and ease. And she was so knowledgeable of everything. Her recommendations were spot on, and she asked me questions like my budget, to determine what I would get. The staff in general is nice. Its been a month since then and now my boyfriend and family love my hair and how I look. My stylist said my hair looks great and it is no longer breaking apart! What I probably dont like about this store is the smell of cigarette smoke inside sometimes, it can be quite off-putting. However, I usually make it out within 4-10 minutes, and able to ignore it. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for an great selection of products for a great price. I suggest you come here on a Thursday, Friday or Sunday. By this day they have already put out the weeks shipment, therefore they are less stressed and also, these are the days you can guarantee to find Anne, the employee who helped me out. You cant miss her, shes the one with the nicest smile, running around doing something or other. She is always smiling, god bless her. You cant blame the girl, if I had her teeth and looks, Id be grinning like mad too. If you dont find her shell find you. And Isabel, the redhead. Both very smart girls. Tell them Sarah sent you!
