I have worked and shopped at many Nordstrom stores, I have never heard someone tell me, I could not do a price match. I was in the shoe dept. asking for a DTC to be sent to me, also a price match for Adirondack, Ugg snow boots, as The Walking Co. has them on sale, and I was told "No, we dont price match with TWC. Well ,Thats news to me, because I have never heard that there was stipulations on which store Nordstrom price matchs?! She and her co workers said, " its their manager and Nordstrom Bro policy". " And, no this is a $50 difference, and we wont do that here." I didnt believe her, so I called Nordstrom Customer Service and they were happy to do it for me, no questions. Just like the Nordstrom I have known and loved for 15 years!! The reason for my 2 stars is for the lousy customer service. on sale a

I just purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Nordstroms in Burlington, MA and have been coming here for years. Michael (a sales rep in the shoe department), was FANTASTIC! He was by far the best sales representative that I have encountered! He was so nice, he gave us our space but would stand close by if we needed him. He offered wonderful suggestions (and I ended up buying one of his private selections), but did not over load us with several options of his own. He does have a great eye for fashion! He was just perfect! I rarely ever write reviews, but Michael really was a super star! I look forward to going back and seeing him. He was amazing! If you go, ask for Michael! Nordstrom should hold on to him, he is talented!

Contacted the Nordstrom Burlington location looking for 2 sets of Plae kids shoes. Isaiah in the Kids Dept. was able to locate the shoes in the Burlington store and offered to help find the other set in another location. Sure enough, he located the items and proceeded to ship both sets of shoes. He did all that with a smile and an eagerness to help. It is obvious that he takes pride in doing an excellent job, and I admire his commitment to the customer as well as to, his employer, Nordstrom. I also applaud Nordstrom for the caliber of personnel they hire! Kudos to you, Isaiah, and to Nordstrom for pursuing excellence in customer service!!!

Shopping for a Topman suit for my husband today and a sales person just came right over with another customer and started to go through the racks almost shoving me out of the way. So rude, what did you think I couldnt afford the clothes. Customer service sucks, she was a blonde girl working at the mens section. I will not shop there again and I do shop a lot so Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I would like to commend Nordstrom on having not only great clothing but a great shopping experience. They have Family bathrooms that accommodate my husband and young daughter, their mothers room gave me a comfortable place to change or feed my infant. These simple accommodations made for a shopping experience more welcoming to a family than any other store I know.

WORST...Nordstrom ever! Walked around the mens shoe department and didnt get any help. When I did finally checkout, the sales girl (Melissa)who didnt bother to help me, actually yawned in my face! wth!! Not coming here again. I gave it one star because I cant go any lower.

Staff are in general helpful and friendly. They now do price matching on some items, which makes it a bit more affordable.

Nordstrom has a lot of nice and high end products. The prices are usually high, unless you get lucky with a good sale.
