I had a horrible experience in which my time was taken for granted as I waited three days for a door installation. I called repeatedly and each time was given the run around as Home Depot took no responsibility for the mishap. Why offer installation services which you can not depend on. I was conferenced in between the third party and Home Depot to listen as both parties took no responsibility and then rudely offered me $10 as a courtesy, mind you I had to miss 3 days of work which calculates to about 24 hours. The installation service I would rate as an F.

giving this place 2 Stars because of the good people that still work there otherwise Id give it 1 Star or none. i come here on average once a week because of the friendly, helpful people that USED to work there. it seems some of those good people who have worked there a long time are now jobless because of something they were doing incorrectly and instead of just being given the corrective instruction or retraining they were fired. you heartless jerks! Good luck Michelle and the Pro desk peeps!

Very friendly and helpful people at this Home Depot. We had to return a window unit A/C, because it was too wide for our living room window opening. The young lady at returns had the money back on our HD credit card within one minute, then directed us as to picking a unit that would not only fit, but would cool the living room and kitchen appropriately. We have the new G.E. remote controlled A/C unit in now, and it works beautifully ! Thanks again, Home Depot ! -Rob from Abington, MA.-
