Dont be mad about needing a quarter to get a cart. Dont be mad about the lack of grocery bags. There are reasons behind it. You need a quarter to get a cart so that you can get your quarter back when you return the cart. This cuts down on staffing for carts. Cutting staffing is how Aldi can offer lower prices. Its similar with the lack of bags. Not only is it less wasteful, but it helps the company save money so that they can save the customers money on their groceries. If youre really actually upset about these things, youre probably just lazy.

ALDI is a streamlined grocery store. They carry a variety of foods, but with very few different brands. They have carts available for $0.25 (refunded after you put your cart back). They do not provide bags, so bring your own. All of these policies are in place to minimize cost, and it shows when you compare the amount of food you get here for the money you pay. In short: if you come with your own bags and a quarter and dont need to compare several brands of the same item, youll save a ton of money on groceries.

Well, I was unaware that you have to pay twenty-five cents to use a cart. Of course I didnt have a quarter on me at the time. My daughter and I went in anyhow. We found quite a few sale items which was nice. When we went to check out, we noticed that they dont have any grocery bags. We left without purchasing anything. Now that I know the deal, we will definitely go back better prepared next time. Perhapse my rating will be changed too.

There brand items are better than the big names in my opinion. Lots of organic stuff at way below big store prices. Also some good cheeses, and imported specialty items. Fruit items great too. I bought meat items and found them very good and reasonable. Best nut and German chocolate assortment anywhere. I guess this is my favorite food store.

Some food is great value. Some is too salty or lower quality. In general their house brand stuff is better and cheaper than other grocery house brands. Service is awesome. Very fast checkouts. But you gotta byob and bag it yourself after you checkout. Remember your quarter for the cart!

They are out of the regular stuff I usually buy sometimes but they have an overall very good selection and the prices are great! I shop here at least 3 times a month for stuff like eggs, milk, cereal, and canned vegetables!

Cant beat milk for $1.49 gallon (where I live its $2.65) spent $60 here today and literally got a cart full. How many times can you say that in 2016. We live an hour away from an Aldi but when we can we go there to shop.

Too bad but true: Too much bad attitude from staff. Like the actual products, but the few times I went to this store, the cashier found a way to be rude each time, so I do not ever shop there.
