Omg I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all my life! I realized I was overcharged, for a somewhat large item. I took my receipt, & the item, in to get a refund for the extra amount. It was actually the Assistant Manager of this store, Rob, who came out to "help" me. Instead of resolving the issue, this person talked to me in a VERY rude & hateful way, & was quite condescending! He practically came right out & called me a liar, even tho the proof was staring him in the face. In fact, he ultimately told me to go to the Union store & get some help from them! Read between the lines, his hateful self was telling me to get lost! I will never enter this store again. What a shame that someone with such a title, as Assistant Store Manager, and a grown man, would treat a nice young woman, & a loyal customer, in such a manner. Its people like this Rob, that give good stores like Kroger, a bad name.

Not sure how to share my grocery shopping experience. This store is clean. Its one of the newer stores thats trying to be like the walmarts and Targets that sell everything and Groceries 2nd.. Theyre sort of succeeding They sell Groceries first and a little bit of everything 2nd. I have very few complaints about this store. They dont carry a few things that I wish they would, and telling the customer service desk, or employees that seem to work the section of the store that does sell them, hasnt had any effect. I still have to make a trip to walmart to get certain drink mixes, cheeses, and fishing supplies. And the cereal aisle seems to not carry the large sizes that are sold at other stores. We do our main shopping there every week and take advantage of the double and quadruple point promotions that earn discounts on gas.

I have shopped at this location for the last 9 years. The past two months have convinced me to shop e some where else. Went there today found no carts to use. Had to walk to parking lot to get one.Went thru produce dept.. no plastic bags and when you did find one there was no ties. found rotten celery,peppers and other items. Just moved on to bread. found dirty floors thru out store. Wanted chicken legs and thighs ,,, none to be had. All wings,no top round roast.This was not the first time. Need new managers. This place used to be the best... What happened? I will still shop Krogers just not this store.

Visited Burlington Kroger on a Monday early evening. It was more than the usual disappointment. Produce was a shambles. There wasnt a decent large tomatoes to be found. Limes were old, prepackaged corn ears were mashed on the ends and being sold full price. Pick and go meat counter only had salami. Watermelon were undersized for $4.99 each. Tsk,tsk, tsk. Just cause this isnt Marketplace store, doesnt mean the manager can slack off his/her presentation or (shelf) stock volume. Was pathetic. I only bought a third of what was on my list.

I love Krogers this is my Krogers right here in my town right across the street Chuck and everybody over there treats us like family they put up with all our jokes and they are the best I want to say thank you for this Krogers and keeping it open and putting in a gas station thats going to be great I want to say thank you very much for that you guys are the best thank you for sending me the coupon too and I want to say thank you to Krogers over there for always having a handicap cart thank you Chuck

This store is out of stuff vary often. Hard to find organic whole milk, cumato tomatoes and other stuff that Hebron Kroger always has available. I got rotten stuff a few times there as well - yellow tomatoes and berries. I also saw shredded cheddar cheese with mold on shelves and organic simple truth bread with mold as well. Its my home grocery store and its disappointing. I have to watch really well what I buy to not end up with a bunch of not fresh-ready-to-expire groceries and produce.

normally i LOVE this location. Last night, Donna who is an assistant manager was working the deli counter and couldnt have been more rude and disrespectful. Just nasty !!!!!! If you hate your job so much you need to quit and go somewhere else. Stop polluting the atmosphere with your negativity.

I bought gift cards worth $300, none of them worked and when I tried to return with the receipt, they wouldnt accept. Quite pathetic. (Pro tip: Double check the receipt, the cashier might attempt to steal some cash, this also happens myself quite often)

Busy store and the prices are higher than the other location near by. Gas is much higher than the other location as well. I can walk to it but I find myself driving somewhere else instead when I need something. I go there as a last ditch effort.

I was impressed with Krogers super store. It is basically like a scaled down version of Walmart, That is way more organized. Bit more expensive than Walmart, but I believe that cost to be offset by Better quality longer lasting products.

The Krogers in Burlington, Ky employees always very helpful and courteous...Ive been shopping at this location for 7 years since I moved here...this is the only Krogers I shop at and like the most...

My normal Krogers I go to but it looks like they never get everything put away. Always a bit chaotic but they normally have everything. Hence why we keep going back.

This is a midsized Kroger store. It has a reasonably decent selection, and a reasonably good layout. Prices are normal for Kroger. Customer service is very friendly.

Employees are helpful. This is not a Marketplace so its old compared to others in the area although a good place to run in and grab some quick items.
