I travel a lot and this starbucks has poor customer service. There are people at the coffee shop and you hear the employees yelling, playing around, and you hear personal conversations customers do not need to know about. They dont make customers experience personal by asking for name, writing it on the cup and calling your name when the coffee is ready, instead, they let it sit cold in the counter. I pass by the city and have my coffee about 3-4 times a week, for about 5 months, and they have yet to remember me, my name, my usual drink (except for one barista) or ask how my day is!

Im sure the local residents use this location a lot, but its just off the interstate and easy to get to for us Inside the location is spacious and the workers are really nice, something you get in a small town like Best part for travelers is theres a drive-thru if you dont have reason to go in to use the facilities There are also tons of restaurants near this location, almost every chain I can think of, so this is a good exit to get off if youre hungry or thirsty.

This is a very well run Starbucks. I have the misfortune to spend a great deal of time driving Americas interstates. As I am, I always make an effort to get a cup of coffee from Starbucks. The service was quick, the coffee was right, and the facilities were clean. All in all, a nice place to stop when traveling on a long drive in middle Illinois.

Went in for the first time and sat with a couple of friends and at first didnt get anything, but they insisted I tried something, so after looking at the menu then ordering and taking that first sip I was not disappointed. It was one of my best experiences walking in not knowing what to expect then be perfectly satisfied.

Store was clean, but they were almost out of brewed coffee at 9 pm the Batista didnt have any hot water into my stainless steel Starbucks Cup so was in 30 minutes my coffee was already cold Usually taken still drink steaming hot coffee an hour a half later The Batista nice enough and all but I just got lukewarm coffee

While the staff was friendly, I had placed a mobile order and ended up standing around like an idiot as their system was down. Not this locations fault but a corporate thing. You would think their would be a better contingency plan.

This location has had "issues" for the past few years, but on last visit was up to Starbucks standards. Good drinks served in good time, clean store with clean, though small outside seating. Clean restrooms, too.
