Dwayne the manager treated my father like a thief. He came in ( my 70 year old dad) and paid 1,200 for remodeling items and was then called by Dwayne a period of time later ( who was not present during the order) to tell him certain items were not paid for ( backsplash) and that he owed for a initial home visit fee ( that was waived by the serviceman). The smug way he talked to my dad was not appreciated and in front of customers and Home Depot staff. To add insult to injury Dwayne called my dad about his order AFTER he left to apologize and admit his error! Maybe next time you should check your facts before jumping the gun and insulting PAYING customers. I guarantee Menards or Lowes will appreciate our money in the future Very poor customer service.

Lowes in 2 places close to my house had their saws down and not working. The home Depot in OFallon wouldnt answer the phone so I called this one in Collinsville got an answer , and drove their to get my piece of wood I needed. Craig in lumber took my paper of measurements and took the extra time necessary to try to get the cuts as close as exact as he could. All the while, talking up the storm to me as he was working on it. He did an excellent job, not only on the cuts, but making me feel like I mattered. He needs a raise! I hope he sees this, I want him to know how much he was appreciated. -Amy Sujanani

HORRIBLE customer service, especially the cashier at the return department. Sorry you have to work there but it is not my fault. Asked to speak with a manager and they never did come up front. I guess if you want to be treated like crap go ahead and shop here, otherwise it is worth the extra drive to Edwardsville Lowes.
