Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast very so so. $30 for breakfast for two is a bit steep, especially when you order ala cart. My wife was charged for a full meal with all the trimmings when she ordered just two eggs and sausage. Her sausage was VERY dry and rubbery. My bacon was very dry and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all morning. We used to eat at Cracker Barrel a LOT. Well be going elsewhere from now on. Total meal was two eggs scrambled with cheese, two sausage patties, three slices of bacon, a sausage omlet (decent), and two diet Cokes. $25.47 plus a tip for the waitress who I dont blame. Could have eaten a lot better elsewhere for a LOT less.

Oh how I love Cracker Barrel, except this one. Lets start with service. There was a polite older gentleman who was our server. Unfortunately, he was somewhat slow. My coffee was empty for 11 minutes and that was from the time I started watching the clock. About 20 minutes after I ordered my food finally came out - eggs, sausage, and grits cold. But hey, the biscuits and hash brown casserole was warm but unfortunately the hash browns were so loaded with onion I believe they served me onion casserole with a side of taters. Very disappointed in this store but its not usually like this at Cracker Barrell so Im giving it 2 stars instead of one.

We almost never eat at chain restaurants but I won a gift card so we tried it. We were expecting bland cafeteria food but were pleasantly surprised. Certainly not a fine dining experience but the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the prices were reasonable (~$8-15$). I got the sampler plate (bit of meatloaf, chick n dumplings, and Sugar Cured Ham. Wifey got the Spicy Grilled Farm-Raised Catfish Fillet and that was excellent (Ill get that next time). 3 sides with the entrees and cornbread/biscuits ensure youre leaving very full.

Ordered my burger medium and it came out like charcoal, only drier. The kids ordered burgers from the childrens menu and they could not eat them due to overcooking. The place was packed and we had to wait. The upside is we had very low expectations going in and Cracker Barrel did not disappoint. Bad food, overpriced and crowded. I could never recommend anyone going to Cracker Barrel. We only went to meet others. There are a million better options within a couple of miles that have good food and cost less money.

Ill give them it was the end of the night and less than an hour from closing but they were out of many menu items & sides. Took 2 tried to get an order that contained items they had...waitress never came back around to fill drink glasses or check on us. When the manager was made aware of our displeasure, he walked away. No offer of apology of any kind. Just "have a good night"...will be finding somewhere else for breakfast even though I was looking forward to pancakes!

terrible. i asked for sawmill, or milk gravy or white gravey, NO PORK. the waitress told me they had what i wanted. when she brought it to me i notice lil bits of something she claimed it was to thicken the gravy and that it was not pork. i took a sample on my finger to the hostess and she said it was pork. i dont know how the waitress could be so un-informed and i suspect it was deliberate. being a muslim pork is a big no-no

They have good service but I went there the other day and found a hair in the chicken and dumplings told them about it and they wanted me to get something else well I really didnt want to but I thought I would take it home and eat it later so I ordered something a dollar more and they charged for it which I think is wrong. The manager even came out and said they would fix anything in place of the meal. Im not going there again.

As in all Cracker Barrels the restaurant was super busy on a Saturday morning. The service was fast and our orders were accurate. I absolutely love the coffee at Cracker Barrel and the cheesy hash browns are always amazing. As I was getting my briefcase out of my van a waitress walking by joked about whether I was making room to fit a rocking chair in. Great staff and great food and absolutely what you expect from this chain.

It is always a delight to eat at Cracker Barrell and this was no exception. The waitress was very attentive but a bit slow to bring some of the orders, yet her politeness made it alright. The food was delicious. I ordered Mommas Pancakes with an omelette. The warm maple syrup always makes my day. The place was clean and everyone was friendly and acknowledged my presence.

We are usually able to be seated quickly with two people at our table, but they can accommodate large groups, even when busy. The food comes out quickly and is hot. Our order has always been correct. The servers are extra friendly and refills of drinks are made right when needed, if not before I have realized it is nearly out.

The restaurant wasnt busy but it took over an hour to get our food. The dining room was very cold which was uncomfortable. They didnt have the shrimp I planned to order. The phone kept ringing during the meal and staff failed to answer it for long periods of time. The staff was friendly as always which was the only positive.

Ordered our favorite, Sunday fried chicken special as weve done for years. Instead of the double breast deep fried ordered, got small chicken breast slices with a tacky breaking. Waitresses noticed also the chicken was different and offered ham. Were done.

It was good. I told the lady I wanted biscuits, gravy, bacon, and scrambled eggs. That wasnt an item on the menu but she was able to substitute this and that and the cost was the same as a breakfast item on the menu. The biscuits were awesome, by the way.

Not bad.placed the order, next thing you know my food arrived., five minutes later my sweet tea arrived. Most of the time your drink comes first, but thats not pick-in. Over all nice people, food isent bad. I stop by here every time I come up north

My last experience there wasnt good. I called in my order and they said it would be 15 mins aprox. But when I arrived there to pay and pick up my order, I end up waiting 15+ minutes. They couldve at least offered me a drink. No good.

Cracker barrel here in caseyville has always been my favorite we were seated immediately and the waitress was awesome I wish I remembered her name because she needs to be rewarded and recognized for her politeness and hospitality

Cracker barrel is always a hit. I hadnt had their strawberry French toast before so I ordered it today. Most excellent. My kids are usually picky eaters but they each devoured their meal of two pancakes and bacon.
