Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Wouldnt return my defective shoes and said I would have to send them back to corporate myself. Went to Kennesaw Foot Locker and they returned them with no issues. The employees here are by far the most rudest, laziest, inconsiderate Foot Locker employees I have ever seen. The store manager shrek lookalike is BT1000 and will chase you around the mall telling security to kick you out if you insult her managerial skills. Hair hatted hooligan. Please call corporate footlocker for complaints against her as there is already a case open.

The manager is very rude. The employees arent any better. They arent thorough or careful when it comes to customer service and I will definitely not return to arbor place to go to Foot locker. Employees like them are destroying the Foot locker franchise.
