Well. Perhaps I just keep showing up when the newer owners and the rude staff are there ... but honestly after today I will never give them business again. Over several years, Ive had so many lesss-than-nice experiences, that I had only gone here if passing by and its convenient. Selection is ok, price is ok- if not a little high on some things... but the staff is always very impersonal. And as of recently, downright rude. Having been in the same industry- yes I realize you have to deal with difficult people sometimes, and shouldnt feel you have to be a ridiculous ray of sunshine to every customer. But dont treat every person that walks in your door like you dont care about their business , and , that every person is there to annoy you or , *gasp*- even have you do your job. If you want an eye-roll and an attitude when you choose to spend your money there then well, ok! otherwise... theres plenty of other options of stores around the area, that are more locally owned and actually seem to appreciate your business. Too bad this place will probably stay in business just because its big and flashy looking and close to a bunch of stores people go to. But its nothing special.

They are a RIP OFF when it comes to giving their so called "Discounts"! I have been twice with purchases over $300 both times! Today after spending over $450 and questioning the rude clerk about it....I went to a different store bought the same exact thing for the SAME EXACT PRICE! THEY SAY THEY GIVE CASH DISCOUNTS & DISCOUNTS FOR CASES! DONT BELIEVE THEM!

We always chose this store, but after the team has changed, there is no desire to return here again. The team is rough and unprofessional. We asked the managers service when she came to us, pretended that she did not see us, she spoke very rudely. There is no longer any desire to return to this store.

The growler shop (separate door around the corner from the main entrance) has ridiculously good prices for growler fills, dont pass it up! The selection in the main Jax is also very good.

Shop here at least a couple times per month. They are exceptionally friendly and have better prices than the other liquor stores Ive tried in town.
