I called the store looking for a set of Power Beats by Dre headphones. I asked the associate on the phone (Mike) to tell me if they had any in stock. He said they did and I asked if they were the Powerbeats or the Powerbeats2 because I am specifically looking for the original Powerbeats. He said he would check and put me on hold. He came back to the phone and confirmed they had 4 in stock. I immediately drove to the store and was there within 25 minutes of my phone call. I then asked for help locating the items, however I could not find Mike. A young man named Ryan assisted me. He took me to the headphones section and looked through the Beats by Dre and low and behold there were no powerbeats, there were multiple sets of powerbeats2 but none of the ones I specifically asked for before driving to the store. I then explained that I called and asked and they verified they had 4 in stock. He asked me to wait there and he would go check in "back"... clearly the "back" is also a mythical door to Narnia because he never came back. I waited in excess of 20 minutes waiting for him and he never returned. I eventually went to seek another employee however everyone was too busy looking in the opposite direction or fiddling with boxes to assist me. I then left the store. The customer service here was atrocious. Not one single employee I encountered was what I would consider polite or helpful. They were all doing the bare minimum to get through the day. The management team really needs to step up the training and quality of employees at this store.

The staff at this Best Buy are incredible!! I have a special needs child for whom I needed to purchase an ipad, and I needed to get some new appliances a well. Unfortunately, my son was having a very rough day and we werent able to stay in the store; however, I didnt have an option - I needed the ipad immediately for his speaking app. So, they staff allowed me to pull my car around to the installation bay, allowing my son to remain in the car where he felt safe, and allow me to make my purchase in the bay area. Now thats service!!! They could have just shrugged it off and assumed Id come back another time, but they thought on their feet, came up with a solution, and went above and beyond to help us. They are great! I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on. They have my loyalty!

I purchased a 55" tv which was an open box geek squad certified unit. When I got home and opened the box there was no power cord. I called customer service number on the receipt to let them know, and see if I could go back and just pick up a power cord. The representative told me that she was going to speak to a manager to see if they would wait 5 minutes for me since they were close to closing time. Well I spent over 10 minutes on hold and they didnt have the decency of at least letting me know if someone could assist me. I will be returning this unit and purchasing elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst company. Bought headphones here less than 30 days ago, and had a receipt, and they quit working properly. Went to return them, not wanting any more, I expected to get my money back. They didnt even want to give me store credit (that I didnt want in the first place) because it had been more than 14 days! They basically told me that after 14 days it was my problem and my loss. Finally got store credit after arguing for 45 minutes, but will not be going back. Avoid at all costs unless you like losing money and being treated like crap.

I needed to buy an iPad mini 3 so I went on the best buy app and bought one. When I came to the store I waited over an hour to get it. When I finally got it I hopped in my car and went home without checking inside the bag. When I got home I opened the bag to put on the case I got and start using the iPad. When I opened the bag I was surprised to see a white iPad instead of a black one. So I went back to the store to return the white iPad and get a black iPad. I ended up another hour.

Been to Best Buy many times and always had the best service and prices because of price match. Have bought some high dollar items, over $500, that just did not fit and was able to take it back and get a full refund. Their Geek Squad service for computers is top notch. And this store has the most helpful and friendly employees as well. Have bought about 6 laptops for myself and my family there and would not even consider buying electronics anywhere else.

Stopped in to Best Buy to fiqure out AT&Ts new cell phone plans and spent a very patient hour with a very knowledgeable Best Buy associate who laid it all out on paper for me to take home and marinate over. She went above and beyond and I recommend if youre planning an upgrade or new cell phone purchase to go see your Best Buy mobile phone associalte. They are unbiased and know everything about ALL plans.

Absolutely the worst Customer service i ever have @ Cumming, GA BestBuy Went to purchase numerous of gift cards this guy named Travis Lee He is an Assistant Store Manager at Store # 1408 refused to sell theme to me with No reason only his explanation was “Because i dont want to” it’s unbelievable because guy like this one i never ever buying from Best Buy either in store or Online

They ruined my credit because they decided to charge my credit card for an antivirus and never sent me a bill. Who wouldnt pay $40 ! And it was 3 years after I bought my lap top...outrageous !!! I couldnt buy a house at the time because of this and it took 5 months of writing letters to the burou and calling etc... I wont buy anything there again... customer service stinks !!!!

Ordered online. Delivery was fast (within a few days) and the delivery guys were fantastic! Very mannerly and personable...efficient and careful with my new appliance and the delivery of the appliance into my home, taking great care not to scuff walls, etc! Perfect experience! I will definitely shop here first in the future.

They dont seem to keep a very good inventory of their products. At least it rarely matches what it says on their website.Multiple times I have looked on their website, and it will say a certain item will be in stock at this location. Of course they dont have it. Often times it seems that the sold the last item a long time ago.

Never again with phone service. This is absolute rip off. You are trying to get new devices under the same plan and at the end you leave the store with absolutely different plans which are way more expensive that you had. Asking to leave the same plan doesnt work. Does they get commission for selling something you dont ask?

Look, bottom line, these guys provide a service that is hard to find! They have taken care of my family and our electronic needs! NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Managers know how to get things done! No hassle returns. Dont waste your time buying phones at the carrier stores, these guys can take better care of you!!!
