Dont go to this store, the proprietor is EXTREMELY rude to his customers. Ive been to this store twice, the first time he was moderately rude the entire time, acting like it was a chore to sell things to My girlfriend and I. The second time we went in on a saturday morning, immediately on entering he started by asking us in an extremely rude tone if we need any help, his tone was almost accusatory like we were bad people for merely walking in the door. As a repeat customer I thought this was rude but merely responded that we were looking. We proceeded to browse his wares for a while and after making several selections {about 70 dollars in all} started looking through some of his boxes of winter clothing. he walked up across from the box i was sorting through, which i was about three quarters of the way through, picked up all the clothes I had neatly folded and set to the side after seeing they werent my size, and dumped them back into the box, and asked me if he could help me. i told him I was just looking around and he asked me, still in that extremely rude accusatory tone "Well WHAT are you looking FOR?!" My GF piped up at this point and said we were looking for some good deals, and he just stood there glaring at us for a minute. Two women, whom he had also greeted rudely when they came in stood there awestruck watching. I turned to my girlfriend and told her "Lets just go. We can stop by Robinson salvage." we then walked out and I have been in a terrible mood most of the day because of this jerk. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. At least three other groups came in while we were there, he was rude to all of them and ran them off before he ever got to us. He lost a minimum of $70 dollars in sales from us alone. Not to mention this business is listed in about five different names and business types online. I honestly wonder if its a front for some illegal activity.

I have been in every gun store in the West Georgia area and the only one I will never go back to is Rish. I would love to name the guy but will not. He is the one with the beard that looks to be in his 40s. He is downright rude at times and does not act like he wants to sell anything. All I requested to do was look at a gun...after having bought a gun from him before, so he knew I was there to buy...but since the gun I wanted to see was not in the caliber I wanted to order, he told me "I only buy, sell, or trade...I dont show". I told him that we would just go buy somewhere else, and that is what I did. I will never go back and know many others who avoid his store because of his attitude. He and his dad own the place as far as I know, and I will only go back if his dad or another generation are there running it. They have some good surplus stuff and guns, but I will not give them my business because of the poor customer service.

Poor to fair because the attitude scale goes no lower , I believe in second chances , 1st time I went in store was a dust bowl , owner was rude , not a problem maybe he was going through tough times (Death in family or wife left) I try to keep an open mind . but the second time I was in there was worse than the first . He has had some nice guns in there but I wouldnt go back come hell or high water . CUSTOMER SERVICE Mr. Rish . Witch you have none of . Some good personality could make that store go a long way , there are a lot of us that love to dig through old gun stuff and oddities . I have had 3 businesses and great customer service makes a higher price or lack of product a lot easier to swallow

This was my second and last trip I will make to this store. The owner is rude to his customers and does not want you to browse or shop the selection of surplus that he has, further he treats you as if you are going to steal something just because you are looking at what he has. As a Disabled Veteran I expect to at least be treated with common courtesy and this store provides none of that. On top of that, he charges 10.00 minimum on credit card purchases. If you want a good experience this is not a place to go. Veterans take your money to other places. I would not recommend this store at all.

The guy is a real tool. Cool stuff but his attitude is whack. If you are going here, know what you want before you go in, dont browse, and get out ASAP, otherwise hell chew you out. Oh, and dont bring kids in there, because he hates children. I bought some 30-30 and 7mm-.08 rounds a few years later after a terrible experience as a kid in there, and his attitude hasnt changed much, but I was quick and told him exactly what I wanted and left. Just be brief, dont ask questions and youre good.

While they are a little short with people they have been there a very long time. I have bought a couple of older pieces from these guys and never had any problems with them. They are just good ole boys who have been in business long enough to know who is and isnt their customer. If you want to buy a gun from someone who knows guns this is the place to go, but be forewarned this is not where you go to "browse" because that is just a waste of his time. Know what you want before you go in.

I visited this store about 10 years ago and the owner was a complete ass. His attitude was the worst Id ever seen in a customer service environment. I said I would never come back. Recently, I decided to give this guy another shot and to my surprise, he is as bad today as he was 10 years ago! How does someone like this stay in business? I WILL NEVER BE BACK..... This guy needs to see a psychiatrist or something. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The owner of this store is very knowledgeable and his opinions of hunting equipment is valued by me as well as others. I do not consider him rude, he is just a businessman trying to turn a profit in this crazy business. He states his opinion and gets straight to the point. No gray areas with him. I like that. Great place to visit and prices arent so bad either. He has stock that you dont see in every army/hunting store.

He has got the last dollar he will ever get from me, I bought a pair of pants a couple days earlier and the didnt fit,, they still had the tags, I still had the receipt and he got very smart with me and said that he did not exchange nothing, He is the rudest man that I have ever seen running a business,,I had heard how he was but like a fool I still went there to buy a pair of Camo pants but NEVER again........

This guy is a jackass, after being asked to leave on my second visit, for "taking too long", i will drive to Marietta, Ga or over to Anniston, Al before he gets another cent of my hard earned money. The shop is fine, you just better know what you want when you walk in. No Browsing will be permitted. It must be nice to have so much business that you can afford to treat people in such a manner that he does.
