Even though the actual living space and surroundings were great, the property manager assisted me greatly in quickly deciding AGAINST moving forward with attempting to lease an aparrment. I was there for a 10:30 appointment and there was not a receptionist available. I walked down the hall a bit and looked into the first office I came across and it was a young man. I would later find that this man was the property manager. He looked at me and went right back to typing on his computer. I thought it was odd and stepped back into the waiting area hoping a receptionist would be back soon. This was not the case. Another few minutes past, so I want back to show the man I was still there. Once again he looked at me but this time like I was a bother and then went back to work on his computer. This time I was so offended I started walking tot he door but at the request of my family that was with me went to seek someone else for assistance. For a third time, I walked past this young mans office and was once again ignored by him. However this time I walked a little further and found the assistant property manager. This young lady finally acknowledged my presence and graciously helped us with our scheduled appointment to view the property. While this young lady was very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions, I could not get past what I perceived as an astronomical level of arrogance from the property manager. I mean so much so that he would ignore a potential resident. Who knows? Maybe he didnt feel I looked the part? Maybe he assumed that the property would sell itself and there was no need for good customer service? Again, who knows? Unfortunately if I am willing to pay over $2000 in monthly rent, I expect both...a nice place to live as well as hospitable staff.

This is a pretty nice place to visit. They are awfully crowded on the weekends but it does look like a good place to take a date or to go with a few friends. The parking isnt great though so be prepared. They use a service called Parkmobile. There are 2 ways to use this. The preferred method is to download the app ahead of time and set up an account. When you park, you pay based on your estimate of how long you will be there. If you need more time, you can add fine through the app. I wasnt aware of the existence of the app nor had I used Parkmobile to pay for parking before so I used the kiosk in the parking deck. I overestimated how long wed be there and thus overpaid. Oh, youll need to know your license plate number too so dont head to the kiosk without that or youll have to walk back to your car to get it. Inside appears to be geared more towards eateries than stores, but it is still pretty cool to walk around in what used to be the historic Sears building now that its been massively updated. I gather the big attraction is the rooftop amusement park area. Theres an extra cost to get up there and on the weekends be prepared to wait. I didnt get up there during this visit, but the lines were sizeable.

I came here with friends to play mini golf up on the roof...even though the wind was very cold that day! The rooftop experience is really fun by the looks of it. We only did the golfing, but the carnival games look like a blast and the tall slides might even be worth a try on a future visit. I only docked this one star because this place gets expensive quick! You have to estimate how long you will be there when you park, even if you park in the garage, and its $1 every 30 minutes! (I prefer Atlantic Stations method of parking payment, which you do when you leave based on how long you were really there. Its logical.) Then it costs money to ride the freight elevator to the roof and then everything up there costs money too. You can get a Dave and Busters-esque game card to use for the games, but you dont have to if you just want to golf. Also, the holes on the golf course dont have very high walls, so if you dont hit very accurately (like yours truly), you might accidentally hit your ball clear over to another hole. But the experience is still really fun overall!

They did a great job remodeling the old City Hall East/Sears building. Lots of great dining options. Since of which are unique. Plenty of different types of food to choose from. Everyone should be able find something they like to eat and drink here. If the restaurant you choose did not serve alcohol. There are plenty of others you can grab a drink from to bring back y to your table. Or you can go to the growler store. They will can the beer of your choice. Plenty of parking although it is paid. There are a number of stores here to shop at if that is your thing. It is right on the beltline easy access. They have complimentary bike valets which is a nice touch. Plenty of outdoor seating. They have a farmers market on Tuesdays. More restaurants are continuing to open. They have added a roof top restaurant and "amusement park". The negative is that it is a bit overpriced for what you get when eating at the restaurants.

UPSCALE AND FUN. We come here often. A GREAT place with upscale food, drinks and shopping. Love the dining hall, unique shops, and bars! THE TAP ON PONCE has about 100 drafts that you can have them bottle or can for you to drink at the mall or take home. A+ concept! The Mercury is a great bar with great food Bellina for Italian, Biltong for drinks and many more options that I can name of ALL types of food and drink. ROOFTOP is also a 10. Great games, mini golf, bars and views. A+. Roof is good for kids by day, but often closes to over 21 only at night. One of our favorite spots in Atlanta. Upscale and fun. Worth a visit if you like fine food, drinks and shopping. Really NOT a mall, more of an entertainment and dining complex with lots of things to see and do. Parking is hard on weekends, so we pay to Valet or just Uber here. 10/10 overall.

Ponce City Market is a really cool-cool place to waste time in Atlanta. I feel theres a little something for the quirky citizens of Atlanta. If youre into just decent food and nothing fabulous, theres the food hall serving up all sorts of crazy cuisine, from semi-authentic fish tacos and burritos to classic american grilled cheese and far east ramen. Theres enough shops throughout the City Market to keep your tiny feet occupied for hours (1 or maybe 2 if you got freaky small feet of a toddler). Parking isnt too bad, but its going to cost you a full dollar on your first 30 minutes, thats the price of what used to be McDouble (now $1.39 at participating McDonalds). But if you are in the area or not and want to experience something other than the mall, try Ponce City Market, when youre here, youre family.

The first time I came here, Im like this cant be real. The shops are in an old building that looks cool, come on! The food here is amazing and there is so much to choose from in the selected of restaurants within the market. Its like a food court, but with restaurants instead of garbage fast food. The atmosphere is very rustic and old, which is a good thing. So much to do and choose from as there are many shops outside and inside above the area. If you want some fun you can go to the 9 Mile restaurant at the top of the building and later to the little fun section on the rest of the top. Just remember to make a reservation if you want to eat at 9 Mile Friday - Sunday. Only downside to the Ponce City Market is you have to pay for parking, but its the city what do you expect!
