Wow, went here for help , got nothing. I had a prescription that was sent to a competitor and I checked the internet and found that the drug might cost much less at Walmart. So off I go for help with the cost. There were about three interactions at which I was asked if I understood and I said no and the person just kept looking down. I had a prescription which written by a doctor where I was told by the person at the drop off desk on taday around 10: 30 am that it was an over the counter drug and the doctor should have not written the prescription and by the way to make the over the counter pill work for me, just take two pills because insurance is not going to cover it. My questions was what was she assuming about how many pills I wanted to take, how did she know insurance would not cover, she told me she could not look it up unless I was registered so I ask her to transfer the prescription and thats when she told me insurance would not cover. Additionally while I am sure she has worked in the field what gives her the gaul to day that a doctor should not have written s prescription?? I tried three times go get clarification but after getting no help I walked out.I went to another Walmart, asked the same question.I told him that the prescription was at another store for 14.00. He took the time to look up the drug. In capsule form it was $167.00 but in pill form it was only going to be $4.00. He suggested that I call the doctor, ask her if she could write the prescription as a tablet and send it to rhe-- he gave me his card. Releaved, I called my doctor and made the request. I will now be able to pick up a 30 day supply for $4.00 !!! Now for the other person who dared to question the reason a doctor wrote a prescription, I say you had no right to do so. You do not know how many pills I have to take, you do not know my medical situation. You did something very dangerous all under the view that you knew more th an a doctor. Lets say that the drug was over the counter, the prescription saved me money over a 30 day period. This is not game where you cant be bothered and your decisions may negatively I.pact the lives of people. Now I am able to get my prescription at a savings because I only have to take one pill, so more cost effective. I am over 65 and retired, I need all of my prescriptions at the best price I can. Please work with your customer and stop assuming. In this case, you were totally wrong.Thank goodness it was not life threatening !

Two recent visits, drastically different experiences. Bad experience: I usually shop online, but decided to stop by this Walmart to purchase two items...a coffee maker and a childs thermos. I couldnt find what I was looking for, so I asked an employee for help. She walked me around for a while, couldnt find the thermos, and then said theyre probably in sporting goods as she pointed in their general direction. I searched unsuccessfully on my own and then left empty handed. Good experience: I needed a cover to protect some plants from a cold spell. The guy in gardening looked around, but then said they didnt have anything like that. I continued shopping. A few minutes later I heard the man on the loud speaker asking me to return to gardening. He had continued searching for the covers after I left his department and found what I was looking for. He went the extra mile, and I appreciate that. One lazy, uncaring employee and one hard-working, exceptional employee. I guess you have a 50-50 shot of getting good service at this store.

Crowded but absolutely love the older hispanic lady thats usually in the self check out she is so helpful and sweet! She is awesome and deserves some recognition . I went to the wal mart right down the road in kennesaw and had an item that didnt ring up correctly the girl made me walk to her then did not check the price WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER IT WAS MARKED DIFFERENT ON THE SHELF SHE just rudely said thats the price DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THE KENNESAW LOCATION. I WILL ENDURE THE CROWD JUST BECAUSE THE LADY HERE IN ACWORTH IS SO WONDERFUL! I DONT KNOW YOUR NAME BUT THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GOOD EMPLOYEE AND A JOY TO INTERACT WITH :) You make the trip to wal mart a happy experience!

Mold growing and leaking on ceilings from overhead pipes. Dripped nasty liquid onto my pregnant wife as we were shopping. To top off our visit when checking out, our register lady more than embarrassed a good friend of mine when her EBT card declined her transaction. This little girl had no business to insult her the way she did, nor display such an ugly attitude to match. My friend barely held back her tears as she made her way out of the front doors!!! She should be fired immediately for such inexcusable behavior!!! Im ashamed to say I spend my money at this location. Management needs to clean up ASAP!!!

We can order online and just drop by to pick up. Its just so much easier that way we dont have to go in and stand in line for the 2 total lanes open for the entire store. Besides, no one is around to help because Walmart Corp. doesnt want to actually pay their employees to be there, so youll find yourself out of luck if youre in need of any sort of assistance. They have what just about everything you need, for cheap (but usually means cheap quality as well).

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in to make sure nobody walked out with a bag that I had forgotten and to ask if they could hold it at customer service for me to come back and get it. And got a well youll just have to wait till you get here because I dont know what register you were at and its just going to have to wait from customer service. Hate this Walmart

Very nice, clean new Walmart Super store. I live in Cartersville GA and our local Walmart is old and crowded, when ever I go there I absolutely hate the rat race and crowded store. That said Ill drive 30 minutes to this beautiful well kept and well stocked store to do my one stop shopping and enjoy a fresh Subway sandwich. Love this store.

Busy busy busy store! Overcrowded!!! Not organized and stuff everywhere. Employees dont ask you if you need help, and they are up and down the aisle in the way!! They dont even say excuse me!! Couldnt find anything I wanted, too!!!! There is no parking available at all. I actually saw someone parked illegally!! Craziest Walmart ever!!!!!

I purchased a suitcase online and chose in store pick up. I arrived a little late (hours 8am-8pm) .Just in case I asked the electronics Walmart employee if there was a chance he could help me with the pick up. He did!.. and less than two minutes later we had our pick up, saving us another trip back. Thank you for the awesome service!

If you take the back roads, its very easy to avoid traffic and enter. Never had any problem with wait times , its everything you would expect from a Walmart. The management seems to be keeping on top of making the store the best it can be. Would recommend for produce, the prices were about average for a Walmart.
