I have art by Jennifer Lynn and Tattoo Pat. YCTC also has bomb Fri. 13 flash! All of my visits have been great, but one trip will always stick out to me. I called another shop asking if they had an opening, and they told me to come right in, one of the artists would be finished in about an hour and didnt have another appointment. I came in about 45 minutes later. I introduced myself to the shop girl, who I had talked to over the phone, and she introduced me to the artist who said hed be done in a few. TL;DR, ended up patiently waiting 2.5 hours while the guy was doing everything BUT tattooing me, and dude jacked up the price three times. Wasnt having that, so I left and walked down the street. A torrential downpour ensued (pretty standard in Tampa) and I RAN to YCTC, soaking wet, asked if they could take me. Told them what I wanted and left to get dry clothes out of my car. Tattoo Pat took me in and did my tattoo how I wanted it and for the right price. Thanks dude. I have 4 pieces by Jennifer Lynn and theyre all beautiful. Shes probably the friendliest tattoo artist Ive ever met, and her art is perfect. Shes tattooed myself and my best friend and we both think shes wonderful! Thanks girl!

If you want to feel comfortable and get an amazing tattoo by extremely talented artist, make sure you come here! Everyone is so friendly and fun. Just truly Good People. Wether its a tattoo or piercing, your first or your 50th its the only place to go. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. And Ive been to other shops in ybor and what do ya know, ended up being unsatisfied. But guess who came to the rescue?!?!?! Ybor City Tattoo Company went in and made something beautiful out of something blue devil did that was pure crap! Thank God theres a good shop in Tampa now. NO more... Misspelled words, fading tattoos, skin infections, all true stories of the mistakes people made by going to other shops. Dont go anywhere else, because I promise you, your going to end up going to Ybor City Tattoo Co to get it fixed. Get it done right the first time! In a beautiful comfortable, homey feeling shop. Once again you will LOVE the artist !!

Ybor City Tattoo Company is the BEST tattoo shop in Ybor City (and thats saying a lot because there are quite a bit of shops in that area!). Ive been tattooed at some other shops in the area and now I will ONLY go to Ybor City Tattoo Company when I am in Tampa. Everyone at the shop is so talented, kind, and professional. However, my favorite artist is Ken Dean - I regularly make the trip from Boston, MA to Tampa, FL to get work done by Ken because hes just the best! Whether youre looking for something colorfully adorable or seriously black and grey, Ken is your man! Hes so talented he really can do ANYTHING - plus hes hilarious, he always makes me laugh. Im going to go put on my awesome Ybor City Tattoo Company sweatshirt RIGHT NOW and wish I was back in the shop having a blast. Cant wait for my next session!

I went in to get a birthday tattoo, my first time in the shop, and it was very clean, with nice music playing, spacious, the shop had a really comfortable type of vibe. So I had a consultation, went in a week beforehand to make my appointment, Erin and Curtis were extrememly attentive and helpful in the ideas and placement of the tattoo that I had. I came in a week later and Curtis was very cool, very kind, easygoing, and drew out the tattoo better than what I had imagined and then took his time on it, making it the best it could be. He made sure I was comfortable at all times, and did an over the top excellent job. Needless to say, I LOVE my new tattoo and am PSYCHED that I can show it off. Getting tattooed at the shop was overall just a great experience, I seriously recommend Ybor City Tattoo Company.

I went there for a tattoo in remembrance of my grand parents. The staff greeted me when I walked in and were very nice and laid back the whole time. Curtis did my tattoo. He understood exactly what I wanted. Curtis did a great job and was very fun to talk to while he was doing the tattoo work. The shop is very clean and spaced out. I would say this is the best place to go for a tattoo in Ybor City. Curtis if you read this sorry it took so long to do the review. Oh and when my mom figures out what she wants we are coming back so Curtis can do it. Thanks guys & I will be a returning costumer eventually. ^_^

I drove in last week to find out about a consultation. Guy that I talked to told me to look through the books and decide who Id like to talk to. I did that and he told me to email the information to an email address. I did that. Nobody contacted me back and when I went in there to say something and inquire if somebody would contact me back the guy manning the front area said "why are you even here then?". Wow!! Ok! Got it....you only want to do last minute crap tattoos....not real art that requires thought and work. The guy was right though. Why was I there?

Pat @ YCTC is awesome! Lemme say he is one of the friendliest and easy going people I ever met and takes his time making sure your getting exactly what you want. Ive always trusted his opinions and recomendations....I may be the rare person but honestly have always gone with a general idea of what I wanted, and sat back and let him do what he does best! Never let down and always impressed! YCTC has a very experienced group of artists, the shop is super clean & has always has a welcoming Cheers kinda vibe;) I wont go anywhere else.

This shop is absolutely the best through and through,I have never had anything but brilliant service from my tattoos to my piercings,I have had my septum pierced for about 4 months now and had a horrible OH S*^t moment when my retainer moved through the piercing channel and into my nostril through my own fault. I panicked and called YCTC and the piercer on duty, who had fabulous gold teeth,( Im sorry I didnt get your name!!!) had it all sorted in less than 15 minutes and I was back on my way again with my piercing rectified.

The post by Little is just another attempt by the owner of Blue Devil Tattoo to sabotage his former employees success because he feels threatened by them. He feels that he does everyone a favor by letting them work for him. When he is the one that owes all his former employees for all the hard work and dedication they gave him over the years. In addition, he has posted almost all of his own reviews. I love all the folks at Ybor City Tattoo Company, they are true professionals and amazing artists, everyone of them.

10 years ago I imagine having this one Tattoo done, and after speaking to many artist; I only trusted one with the project. Dec 2010 I got my 2nd Tattoo from Pat, and after 5 hours of sweats, laughter, and good conversation; I was blessed to gain my third. It was a very enlightened experience! The Men and Lady are just good people to be around, that may be the real reason why I traveled 5 states to get my Erte’s Gypsy Dancer done by Pat.
