Refreshing gourmet popsicles that are out of this world! This place has so many different and interesting yet delicious flavors. I kinda prefer their ones with cream in them, but Ive tried like 5 or so different flavors and theyve all been delightful. Plus, you can receive a punch card for a free popsicle after you buy a certain amount of popsicles (I forget how many). This place is a gem. Its a little small inside, but its perfect for grabbing a refreshing popsicle and heading back out the explore the streets of St. Augustine.

Worth a trip. In fact, I must visit location on a warm, sunny day in St Augustine. Definitely worth a trip. I had the Datil Strawberry, which was an amazing combination of absolutely fresh strawberries and the fire from hot peppers. My wife tried the Pineapple Cilantro and she said it was superb. Their flavors were so different, we went out of our way to come back before driving North for one last visit. I had the "Mouth Grenade". If you like HOT things this is a must try adventure. If its not on the menu, try the Mango Habanero.

My only complaint is that they have so many interesting flavors and there is no way to try a flavor out without buying it. Still, since I was quite pleased with almost all of my choices (and the ones I didnt like as much were still very good products, just not what I was looking for personally) its not that big of a detriment. Im sure if I had legitimately complained that I disliked one that they would have been happy to replace it with another. Very helpful staff, enjoyable experience and just wish they had these at home.

The Hyppo is Saint Augustines hidden gem. An old little hut with HUGE new flavors! The Hyppo is the BEST place to get a new, tasty, homemade, ALL NATURAL and refreshing treat. They make their own popsicles daily and have strange, unique, but always great flavors. My favorite was Peach Horchata. (Horchata is a creamy, vanilla-like Latin American drink.) Along with a nice variety of popsicles (About 10 that change weekly.) They also have fresh brewed coffee, tea, sodas and water.

I have been visiting St Augustine for over 20 years and my most recent trip I discovered the *Hyppo*. I had the coconut lime popsicle and it was amazing. I recently found out I am lactose intolerant and they have so many lactose free options that dont make you feel like you are missing out on ice cream. Delicious! I believe it was the owner who waited on me and he was beyond friendly, the atmosphere is great - fun colors and a cool place to be in, super clean too!

My wife and I recently spent a long weekend in St. Augustine, melting in the heat. Happened upon the Hyppo on the first day. Great flavors. Personal faves -- Strawberry Datil (pepper), unexpected kick at the end. Was interestingly weird getting spicy from the icey -- Cucumber lemon, Mango Key Lime, and the Blackberry. Out of sight. We were there everyday. I ate more popsicles on this trip than I did in third grade.

Went in expecting a few custom bars with traditional flavors. To my surprise they had a far more than a few flavors and the selection was definitely out of the box. The bars are made the with fresh fruit. The flavors are rich and the bars are delicious. The prices are a little more than standard ice cream but the taste, experience, and customer service are totally worth it! Try the coconut banana.

Great place, with some very creative flavor combos, or more typical ones if youre not as adventurous. My mom and I ate a popsicle every day on our recent trip to St. Augustine. These popsicles are made with fresh high-quality ingredients, and are more substantial than your usual icepop but lighter than ice cream. Definitely try one or several!

Cutest little shop with the most creative Popsicle flavors to have ever graced my taste buds. I went with the strawberry cheesecake, and boy, was it good :-) Looking forward to stopping by again on my next trip. The girl behind the counter was very patient, as I was so excited by all of the flavors that it took me a while to decide.

Adorable location with delicious popsicles. My boyfriend and I got the peanut butter pie one chocolate dipped and we both agreed it was the best popsicle weve ever had. (We also had the espresso pop. Steer clear of this one if you are looking for something super sweet. It was basically frozen coffee.) Definitely would return.

Was in town on vacation and stumbed upon this little gem. We came back every day that we were in St Augustine for a treat to cool off they were SO GOOD. Pineapple Cilantro, Elvis, Orange Creme, Hibiscus Pear, and my personal fave Lemon Lavender!! All were delicious and the perfect cold treat- far surpases rich ice cream.

Delicious and refreshing! Espresso and Horchata. So good I went back for another one later that evening. Mango and champagne. Also tried my kids strawberry &basil, good. Jackfruit & mint - ok. Cucumber, mint & lemon , tart but very good. A bit expensive at $3.50 each, but a nice treat when you are on vacation.

This place took me four times of walking in, to finally try! The flavored are out there and you really dont think it would be good, but they are truly amazing. It feels as if you went into the garden and picked everything fresh! The Hyppo shop on George street is not as friendly as the one near Cuna though.

It was a cute place. Everything is very unique. Flavors that we got were the Pineapple/Mango and Mango/Basil. My husband and I enjoyed them a lot, especially since it was hot out! Its different, and it was good, but it wasnt super out of this world popsicles! I definitely recommend going here though (:

Where do I start? Fantasy meets Popsicles and its a flashback to the many wonders of my childhood. I dont know what mystical creator is behind this epic concauction but Allison can guide your tastebuds to a place you didnt know exists.. Dont pass it up. You have no idea what your missing.

Great place to stop for something cold and healthy while walking around St Augustine in the Florida heat. The fruit bar flavors range from the normal (like just fruits) to quircky (spicy additions, etc). There is a large variety of flavors. Expect to spend around $3 each or so.

Simply amazing. The best popsicle youll ever eat. The most unique flavors you could ever imagine with a wide range of on hand options. Like pistachio coconut or even mango habanero. Each pop goes for about 3.50 which isnt bad considering the quality. Worth a try.

The Hyppo is a St. Augustine staple. Theyve taken popsicles to a whole new level by pairing up the wildest ingredients. An extra bonus is you can get a chocolate dipped popsicle! Its the perfect treat to eat while you walk around downtown St. Augustine.

This place had about a dozen flavors. I had the pineapple cilantro and my wife had the pineapple mango. Both were fantastic. The label states that all ingredients are fresh and local to St Augustine. Definitely worth the dollars.
