This place was awful!! The ice cream was all melted! There was two young girls in there making the ice cream and I took my little sister there to get her an ice cream and they cut the toppings in they mixed the ice cream so long it melted. Then when the girls got done and got the money they run in the back and when I called them to ask them to give me a new one and I they would not answer me when I tried to ask for ice cream not milk shake.

Always enjoy the specials and variations available. Had the Caramel Churros Saturday and it was delightfully delicious. To Ms. Jeanette, to an extent the ice cream will be a little on the soft side. Be mindful if its as hard as Baskin Robbins there is no way they will be able to mix all fixins and have the proper consistency. Their not just mixing sprinkles and gummi bears, its brownies and cookies and candy bars, cake, etc.

Standard Cold Stone Creamery setup. Nice staff at this location. My big complaint is the sticky mess. The ice cream containers are overfilled with ice cream slopped over the rim and dripping down the side. Before your group all gets ice cream and you have paid it is a melting unappetizing mess. You start with melted ice cream on your hand and if you are not careful on your clothing as well.

My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her graduation party. This was the first time ordering with Cold Stone. I liked that you could create your own cake. My daughter picked out everything for the cake. It was one of the best cakes we have ever had. Everyone raved about it and my daughter loved it. I just ordered the same exact cake for her birthday party. Highly Recommend!

Delicious ice cream and good location. Very close to the public parking garage and right next to the strip. Careful coming here on a Thursday, Friday or Sat. night since it is packed with visitors and locals alike, The staff was great on a super busy Thursday night. They were very fast, polite and even sang for the crowd.

I cant believe I just remembered to do this......Almost one year ago I had contacted ColdStone to do a wedding cake, they said they have never done one before and I got to talk directly to the cake decorator! She was awesome and was so excited!!!! They did a great job and I highly suggest that everyone visits them!

Absolut empfehlenswert, dass Eis wird von Hand mit weiteren gewünschten Zutaten gemischt. Mir hat der peanut Becher besonders gut geschmeckt

Creamy and delicious ice cream. I always order the Birthday Cake Remix. I also think it is cute how at this location they have the Pokemon teams labeled on their tip jars. The employees have fun here and although the line at this location is sometimes out the door they work fast.

No place to sit! Too sweet. Too expensive. Dont know if they were remodeling but no chairs in the place. Sweetness is relative, I know. And we all know we can snag a gallon of premium ice cream at the supermarket for the $6 we pay for a cup here.

Great ice cream. The name speaks for itself. I was there when it wasnt busy at all. The staff was excellent and the ice cream was made just right. Plenty of good flavors and also you can order whatever you want and they will make it.
