It was around 11:40pm when we finished our grocery shopping and headed to check-out with a FULL cart...we were looking for an open lane only for the young girl at the front to tell us that ONLY SELF-CHECKOUT was open. Since when? There should never be only self check open...we settled and started ringing our things up. Initially she offered to help which we accepted, but the only thing she "helped" us with was finding an available SELF-CHECK which I could have done by myself. Then when we were done with that, we had to go to the little counter to ring our WIC items up (since SELF-CHECKOUT doesnt accept WIC). Overall, TERRIBLY inconvenient . Having worked at Walmart for four years, this type of thing shouldnt even fly...and it wasnt just me! There was a line of people pissed off and I guarantee one of them will make a bigger stink out of it than me :(

I was excited that this location reopened. In the last 3 months though, the floors in the store are disgusting. Its not grime from people walking around. There is a thick brown sludge on the floor. I overheard one of the associates say that they had been given "cheap floor wax" to do the floors with. That was three months ago!!! Nothing has been done about it. This location was completely remodeled from new roof to new floors before reopening this year. There is no excuse for (a) the floors looking like the store has been there for 25 years and (b) the unwillingness to correct the situation. You expect me to buy meat and produce there??? Forget that! If this store cannot clean up their floors properly, then I shudder to think what the conditions around fresh food are.

I needed this store to " page " my husband. I ended up in the hospital and he had no idea. They ended up hanging up on me! I even explained that they could call the hospital and ask what my room number was and get transferred. Plus they had my phone number and my name. I even advised they could hang up and call me back or get on another phone and call me while I was on the line. I didnt care as long as they would "page" him so I could LET HIM KNOW WHERE I WAS. NO, INSTEAD THEY HANG UP. I call back and the manager ANDREW justifies it.

I used to work here an its not the best place to work at like I was at lunch break one day an one my co-workers started cussing me out for no reason I went to told the supervisor an he didnt care so like few day within I got sick really bad they expect me to work like that in the rain an the heat to make me feel worse so I quit I regret quiting but if I did put 2 weeks notice in Ill be at the one in callaway cause they alot cleaner an nicer

Checked in today 7-18-17. Check in was easy but finding a parking place not so easy!! The parking garage was full on the 5th level which is only "supposed" to be for Tower 1 guest? Not sure about that?! The free WiFi doesnt work so far... One of the bedrooms the TV only has 1 channel that works couldnt find remote when we got here... So far I would rate it a 2. Will update after our stay! The ocean and beach are Gorgeous as Always!!

My cashier, the people who helped me find items I needed did so with a smile and enthusiasm. I was able to find eager workers to help very easily. That is kinda rare anymore. The staff for the time I was greeted at the door until I checked out was amazing. The door greeting coming in and leaving both put a smile on my face. Please keep treating the staff right, with wages, raises and bonuses so I can continue to enjoy their service!!!

Fell down at walmart over a carpet coming into store from outside. I TRIPPED OVER THIS CARPET AND IT YET HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED.ALSO THE ONE BY THE WATER DISPENSORY HAS THE SAME CHEAP CARPET.WHEN O TALKED TO THE ASST MANAGER ABOUT REMOVING THEM SO NO ONE ELSE WOULD GET HURT HIS WORDS ARE I KNOW...I KNOW BUT DO U THINK HE WOULD CHECK INTO DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT (NO OF COURSE NOT) and still to b fixed....why? Why ?

I brought a bag of Pedigree small breed dog nutrition food last Saturday, I just opened it this morning, and a terrible smell come from it and it is outdated. Use by 10/09/2014. A few weeks out put still, it smells off. Never experienced this before. I dont have the receipt anymore. But will be into the store for them to give me a new one. Someone is not doing their job right by removing them from the shelves.

Its ok. The managers have always been polite and 85% of the cashiers are as well. Deli selection is good but not always fresh yet a couple of employees have ask if Id wait for them to fix fresh. Which I thought was very nice. If they would have more lanes open or even install self check outs, it would be much better. Like with all walmarts, it would be amazing if layaways were 12 months of the year again.

Customer service is abysmal. Had to ask 3 times for the cashier to double bag my items. Its the little things that can leave a bad impression. I am really surprised at the general layout of the store at such a busy location. A couple of times I have been here the store was having electrical problems. The weather wasnt bad. Just poor maintenance I suspect.

Let me just say so I just pulled up at this walmart and obviously there is no power that I can see but the two guys standing out front with the bright walmart shirts on hollering out WAL-MARTS CLOSED YOU FOOLS . NEED TO BE FIRED LIKE ASAP . THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.. WALMART NEED A TO HANDEL THAT .NAME CALLING REALLY YALL COULD BE SUED FOR SLANDER POINT BLANK

Employees can be a pain refused to cash a check of mine because my signature was different on my ID then the check, I looked the same as my ID and I signed it in front of him in a hurry, also been refused cigarettes because some kids walk into the same line as me.

Friendly, clean, never had any issues or problems here. I also like the Wal-Mart on 77. This one has a few things the other one doesnt. Also have a place to get some cool souvenir t-shirts made of you dont want to go down and right crowds on the beach side.

The cashier vevene at speed checkout told me I have to pull the 4 items out of the basket for her to ring up. Really she cant provide the little service like that. Thats why shes a cashier at walmart.. To bad I cant leave 0 stars
