I went to Ink Spot at West Oak Mall. The Piercer Gave me short Length Posts for my Helix piercings with Butterfly Backs preventing room for my Ear to swell up causing it to hurt so bad......such an stupid mistake that could of been avoided had the piercer took into any condersation for the customer For people who are just starting out getting piercings normal earring studs which the Lady at the Ink Spot West Oak mall Gave me are not proper jewelry for Helix Piercings The butterfly backing harbors bacteria. They are often poor quality. The post isnt long enough to allow the piercing to breathe and swell. I feel like i was being tooken adavantage when i paid my money being that its my first time being pierced by an piercer and getting an sluck lick job

Okay so my first tyme there it felt welcoming other then location isnt the best but i got a septum pierce by the piercer Cassie which i was her first septum according to her but tbh she was a great person she kept me from being nervious and very comforting everything was clean and if i had question about my septum she answer them immediately through social media. As for tattoo i got one the same day i got pierce and it was gentleman name aleika or something it was unusual anyway he did me a great deal for plam size tat with something i alwaysbwanted forever he did a great job and he was cool person if you want something in good quality and great price hes youre man.

I WENT TO THIS SHOP A COUPLE OF NIGHTS AGO I LOVED THE VIBE THE OWNER WAS VERY KIND AND THE ARTIST ARE TOO ILL AND FRIENDLY .THE ARTIST WHO DESIGN MY TAT TROY WAS VERY POLITE AND FUNNY AND ILL WITH THE INK PEN AND THE PRICES ARE FARE. THE ARTIST IN THE BOOTH NEXT TO HIS WAS SINGING UP A STORM USHER ON BLAST LOL THE FEMALE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS COOL ALSO AND SHE IS INVOLVED IN ROLLAR DERBY COOL AF OVER THIS IS A CHILL COOL PLACE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE I KNOW .... I GIVE THIS SHOP 5 STARS I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT TAT

I walked in and was immediately asked for my ID, which the woman started at for a long time, rolled her eyes, and handed back to me. I went in to get an Industrial piercing, and she (without getting off of the couch or looking up from her phone) told me that if i chicken out, i cant have my money back. The attitude turned me off of this place. If your job is to pierce/ tattoo people, you need to be friendly, otherwise i cant trust you to puncture me.

This is a horrible place. Multi locations owned by someone who knows nothing about tattoos. Super over priced for the quality of art youre getting (very poor art). And very unsanitary. One location near me in a mall never. NEVER wrapped new tattoos so people would be walking around with a fresh open flesh wound, bleeding all over the mall. Please dont go here.

I called in advance to see if a pieced was available to simply put the heads of my piercing on. A lone girl in the shop simply stated that she doesnt feel comfortable putting the head back on, yet she puts holes in peoples bodies. WTF?!? My only question was why was she there (only to watch anime). Wouldnt go back or recommended anyone there...

I got my nipples pierced by Heather. She was very professional and fast! I wasnt sure I wanted to get it done but when I walked and and talked with her she eased my mind and I was in and out within 10 minutes. 5 minutes for paperwork and prepping. I would recommend going there and talking with Heather!

Went there one day and got tattooed by Alika! He was awesome. He was welcoming and had a great personality! Heather was a really nice person as well. The overall feel of the shop was very welcoming and cool. Will definitely go back there for more ink!

Called on the phone about making appointment, said I didnt need. So I dive all the way there and they tel me when I arrive they cant do a tattoo because the dont have wifi? Never heard of such thing maybe that was a sign to pass them on by
