VERY UNHAPPY with their service. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now. At the end of last year I had them do a business card and was completely dissatisfied with the final product. It was not what I had asked for and the quality looked terrible. There was no way I was going to use this card therefore did not want to pay full price but was whiling to meet them half way and pay half price (which I did) but would not keep the cards. I was very unhappy with the way they treated me as a long time customer they made no effort to try and resolve this issue. That being said I decided to give them another chance this early new year and they completely turned me away!!! Can you believe this?! What ever happened to the customer is always right? Complete and utter shock I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Clearly they do not value their customers.

I had the worst experience with Minuteman Press on 79th st. Brad the owner has a serious anger management issue and is always quick to lose his temper. Ive used them for some time as it is the closest printer to my home but there has always been issues with their work and especially with graphics. Their graphics guy now is not only good but a nice person, too bad that his boss is a nut job. After waiting patiently for more than an hour today for my printing job, which was done incorrectly 5 times, he yelled at me like a madman in front of witnesses and told me to get out of his business. Someone like that should not own a business that deals with customers. If you want a half assed printing job and an owner that will yell at you like an insane person, go there. If not, avoid them like the plague!!

5 stars isnt enough to rate Minuteman Press. They have been our printing vendor for over a year and since day one, they have showed us nothing but the absolute best customer service. In my profession, events pop up at last minute all the time and never once has Brad Smith and his team ever let us down. The quality of their work and turnaround is why I still have my job (slightly kidding, I am the best at what I do but so is Brad and his team).
