The workers at this store arent friendly at all. A lady who I believe might be a manager or the owner is one of the many non friendly people I have encounter. I assuming shes a manager because Ive had seen her many times during the last two years. She appears to be in her 50s or early 60s and a complete B***H. I never received a "hi welcome to our store" or even a greeting when I approached the counter to pay for my items. I was completely ignored during a shopping trip because the workers believed gossiping about another employee was way more important than attending to a customer. I have shopped at this store many times and the customer service is always non existence. The deals really arent that good. The store continually holds a $2 bag special sell but the clothes that are appart of the sale are complete trash, ragged, and old. Home items and some of the nicer clothes and shoes arent that expensive but not much exsists from that selection. I would highly recommend you shopped at the Rockledge store if you want to great deals and to feel as if the owner/management appreciates you shopping at their store. The manager is always welcoming and friendly. The SPCA in merritt island is another store that has fantastic deals and great customer service. I will no longer shopped at this store when I come to visit my parents.

There is often a large and friendly dog here that likes to follow you around and help you shop. It is very sweet dog, and a pretty good salesperson. This is the best thrift shop on the island.

They have a good selection of most categories and their prices are very reasonable. My only suggestion is that they should separate their merchandise keeping like items together.
