Went in the store and the associate rudely commented to the other associate " why didnt the other store handle them? " so we asked our questions and all their replies were rude. So we left and agreed we WOULD be going to the other store soon as they received more phones. Today we called them to see the business hours of the other store because we couldnt find it and the girl on the phone was soo rude! I asked if this was the boost store on 90 and main and she retorted there IS NO boost store in lake city. And stated that its the store Downtown. Well far as my knowledge goes the store Downtown IS on 90 & Main so she was being a B**** 4 no reason. My bf then called and had his questioned answered and told her she was rude and we would not go there to do business. So someone calls back apologizing and asking for another chance. ..ummm no thank you!

Purchased a Samsung S5 from them and was never told the phone was "refurbished." We paid the price of a Brand new phone and now to return it we have to pay a $50 restocking fee. The girl I spoke to stated ALL of their phones are refurbished and they do sell them at a higher price or else they wouldnt be in business. BE AWARE of this if you choose to purchase a phone from them. I will never purchase a phone again from this place and they do business very unethically.

Ive been living in Lake City for 3 years, I had Metro when I first got here, but it didnt provide coverage in my area, so I changed to Boost. Ever since Ive been coming to Phone Shack Jack has treated me with nothing but Respect & He takes His Time explaining things. In this World nothing is Perfect. But if you want to get the right type of Treatment. Try Jack ! He makes the Phone Shack Shine...Keep it up Jack!

I had problem with my iPhone i called apple to fix the issue i have ,after 45 min apple couldnt fix my problem. I went to a store in town they also couldnt fix it. finally my friend told me to go to Phone Shack they can help .they fixed my phone in 5 min they know what they doing. this is my best store .they are very good people. I love phone shack.

This store has a wide variety of products. The owner is very caring. Jack that works in the store is always more than willing to help out customers and to solve any problems that may arise. Would recommend this door to anyone. Have been using this store for several years now.

Awful service! The owner has no integrity and will not refund you a penny. My friend purchased a $200.00 phone from him and stopped working within a month after purchasing the phone. He is a thief and does not care for his customers. Dont waste your time here.

I never went in the store just because I called on the phone and who ever the woman was, was completly rude! She got really rude and smart mouthed all because I was asking questions! They will deffantly get a bad word of mouth from me.

They suck lol, charged me $100 just to fix a sim card tray, i asked the man who owns real deal how much it costs and he said it should have only cost me 45 dollars. dont go to phone shack theyll rip you off.
