This store is awesome! I went in and saw Ashley. I was upset because I had just broken the screen on my phone, but I knew I was almost due for an upgrade. She helped me pick out the phone I wanted and made sure that I got the most for the buck! She was amazing! She even went above and beyond to educate me on the glass screen protector (which I purchased) & even helped me pick out a tablet for my little man. I will forever be a customer now to this Verizon store and will pass every other one on the way, all because of Ashley! Thank you for being such an awesome employee and having that passion to help :) you rock!!

First off- Brandon L . is absolutely terrific! When my phone crashed, of course I was frantic, but Brandon got me fixed up with a new phone, and had all my data and apps back exactly where I wanted them in a short amount of time. He was calm, understanding, and very proficient with all that needed to be done. I got a great deal on the phone- and since they are located close to where I live -that took away a lot of the stress. Its a new store with a great staff- thank you again, Brandon!

Brandon at this location was absolutely amazing and was such a huge help. Not a good experience. Was told false information concerning rate and new price of plan, almost lost our discount because of it, and was told I HAD to upgrade to a new insurance just to find out the complete opposite at a corporate location. Employee was nice but seemed uneducated on products and services
