24 hours is the key, I remember a countless times when I was repairing a TV or old computer monitor at 4:30 in the morning and needed a sprocket diffuser of some sort; I head to Walmart! No other place can be open at such an awkward time (I myself am awkward, I dont like going out in public. I tend to make people uncomfortable or even give a scare or two on occasion; but I have the most sincere intentions!) But the people of Wallyworld and I are 2 peas in a pod! I can glace at the workers and feel good about what I do for a living! One time, a few years ago, I found an employee with a bigger hunchback than myself! I was astonished at this tiny town of Melbourne, two hunchbacks in one Walmart at the same time!?! What are the odds!?! Being curious, I did an abundant amount of research and found that the probability of two hunchbacks in the same town, same walmart at the same time is 1 in 500,000! I then came to the conclusion, must be because of the nuclear power plant a few miles west. Getting back on subject, this walmart has everything, all the time. I want to advise you that if your planning to come in the earliest hours of the night/morning please go with a friend, use the buddy system. There as recently been kidnappings from this location, investigators still havent found the bodies of the all the people. Some speculate that it was the escaped convicts from Haiti that used fake identification and flew over. All Im saying is to be safe when you go out in public at night especially in this area.

Only gets stars because it is open 24/7. I have never had a staff member help me find something I needed that I know is in the store. They always just cop out with saying the store doesnt carry it, so I just say thank you and walk over to whichever employee I see that is holding one of their scanners and ask them about the item. If they try to say they dont carry it, I look it up on my phone, and give them the SKU number so they can look it up on their scanner and it tells them which section of the store it is in. Because they obviously dont know and dont care. Then I go find the item myself. That is every trip to I have to this Walmart and I resort to buying off Amazon instead whenever I can, but when I need something urgently before the two-day shipping, thats when Im grateful there is a 24/7 Walmart, but I dread going in there when I am in a hurry and dont know where the item is because it is never a quick trip.

One of the most embarrassing moments really. Apparently service dogs are not allowed in the shopping carts according to an employee and then manager due to sanitary reasons and health code. This is how we shop everywhere with ginger (dog) on a towel in the cart with her service dog vest. After explaining how what they were asking would not work and that I would have to shop elsware I heard "sorry". 10 years of shopping there means nothing just like descriminating against us due to my disability. Boo you. Now to figure out if my boycott will apply to just this store or all. Any suggestions corporate?

Went in today with my wife and kids, not only were the employees all rude but one followed my family and I around the store never once asking if we needed assistance. When I went to check out, the cashier was extremely rude and assertively pushed myself and my wife out of the way of the self check out scolding is that we kept messing everything up during the check out. Because of my experience, with all the employees and then the self check out cashier scolding is, I will never enter that Walmart ever again.

My wife and I were swimming at the local pool and my watch broke. One of the links fell out. We went to the closest Walmart and asked one of the associates (Gypsy) where was the jewelry dept. She proceeded to walk us to the department and then spent 15 minutes going through a bag full of different size watch links to find the correct one. Her dedication and positive customer service attitude is an asset to Walmart and especially the Indian Harbor Store. Thank you Gypsy for going above and beyond.

Another Walmart. Your typical Walmart customers but closer to the water. It is smaller than the larger Walmart store on Wickham and the aisles in the food area can get congested easily. They have a smaller selection, but there are also times where you can find something here that may be sold out at other stores. With Publix and Winn-Dixie on the same road, you may find yourself going there instead. Interactions with staff here have always been pleasant.

Its Walmart, what more can I say!! I dread going shopping there because you always spend at least $100 an leave with just a few items. Avoid going at night (after 9PM) because they are always stocking shelves. What gets me is they only have a 1:10 ratio for cashier/ customers trying to pay & leave. Youll spend more time waiting in line, then shopping at the store. Very poor customer service in my book..

They never have one thing that Im looking for. They are the most basic and unstocked Walmart there could possible ever be. This store has turned me off of shopping at Walmart altogether. Also, the staff is very very unhelpful. Please avoid if possible! I cannot emphasize enough, the chance of them having the product you are going there to purchase is almost non-existent.

Robert that works at this store is extremely helpful. I believe hes a 15 year associate. He believes in doing the right thing and taking care of the customer. I had to shop late to make sure Easter was saved for a seven year old girl. He made an exception to a rule and it saved the day! Great job Robert. Youre an asset to Walmart Stores Inc.

If youre looking for a cashier to check out you will not find one here. If youre looking for 4 people standing around talking to each other and staring at their phones look no further than the "customer service" desk. I have never been to a business that cares less about its customers. Its like this ALL THE TIME! Never going again!

Went here the other night really wanting Lacroix and Lo and behold ONE, literally one box of Pamplemouse left on an otherwise completely empty shelf. I should have taken a picture. Was that you, God? Did you do this? Why WalMart? Thank you for the Lacroix but as usual you raise more questions than answers. Are you reading this?

I had transferred all my.scripts from this walmart. They never have it together. The employees are rude and seem miserable to be working there. There are only a handful of pleasant employees. Been going here for years. The last.two years it has gone down. Id rather pay more and get the service the once given by this walmart

Dropped off a prescription and it was ready not only in a timely manner but before the estimated time they gave us. The aisles were clutter free, things were very easy to find, service was top-notch, clearance items and other items were neat and in order. Wish the one by my house were more like this Walmart.
