I am a long-time customer of this Publix and always had a pleasant experience. However, that changed a few weeks ago when I was in the line at the cash register and I had a bunch of items in the cart. The associate asked me how many items I had, because she had a sign there "10 items or less" and I had more than 10. I was aware of that, but other lines were full and I didnt want to wait, so I told her that. She said ok and started scanning, but I could tell she was pissed. She was throwing all my groceries in the bags quickly and was disrespectful. That left very bad taste in my mouth, because I used to spend a lot of money there every week. Since then I rather drive to the other store than shop here again.
