so I see a special for their birthday that says 78 cents for your second dozen. I am standing in a line for 20 minutes with at least 20 people behind me, and the manager comes up and says sorry there are no rain checks Because the donuts are out. I asked, So there is limited quantity? She said yes. When you look at the ad it clearly does not say limited quantity. They should have given some type of rain check for the 40 people standing in the store rather than shooting them away with "sorry but you snooze you lose". I own a business and if my manager handles my customers that way she would be fired. I would have been a first time customer So at this point apparently I will not be one ever. Horrible customer service handling a promotion one star is too much. if I run a special at my business I make sure that I am fully supplied and if I am NOT I make sure that I accommodate my customers for a future experience so that I can have them in the future. This store is completely unorganized.

Early morning dress shopping with my fussy 8 year old little girl. Of course even though she had breakfast she cant resist wanting a krispy kreme doughnut. Stopped in off the Brandon location. We were met with a smile and given top of the line service. My daughter wanted the cotton candy one that you use to have, she looks for it every summer. She decided on the glazed, the young lady offered a hot one, and that made her day. Great service, its the little things that show character. You have an excellent employee. The young ladies name is Keasha. Thank you again!

I usually love Krispy Kreme but not in this location. Every time we go to get doughnuts we end up having at least one that doesnt taste right. Just this morning I ordered a doughnut for my son and one for me and mine (with cream inside) tasted like if it was long expired. The cream inside felt like little needles poking my tongue. Very disappointed. It will be our last time there. I tried every 2 months, hoping to get a better product but obviously nobody care about the quality. Sad that they ruin the name. From now on DD for us.

Weve been going to Krispy dreams for the Monday special in Tampa. But I decided to just pick it up at this location on my way home from work. And of course the food was amazing but the staff was unreal. I havent had service like this in a very long time. She made my 2 year old daughter feel so special. My daughters been talking about it since weve left. Good job ladies!!

Horrible customer service. No one at the inside counter. It took several minutes before someone finally came out. Then in the middle of my Togo order the phone rang and he left again for several minutes to talk with someone on the phone. I should have just left and almost did when he finally came back. Now I know why several of their stores have closed.

Great Service! I brought my son in the other day to grab a dozen, the manager was nice enough to give my son a balloon. I also liked how he gave a random donut to a customer and told him to do something good for someone else. I will definitely be going again soon! S/O to Mr .Levingston &Ashley!!! Darren Blackwell

This location should be listed as a "dirty dining" experience. Floors were filthy with dead roaches laying out in plain site and tables were unwiped. My 8 year old insisted on the oreo cookie drink and she said it tasted weird. We got out of there as fast as we could and will not return.

Rude people running this place. .long time customer of krispy kreme having a hard time to find out my preferred donuts. .just for a individual not committed to providing a good service .speak with the manager and he said that they are not required to provide some donuts. .

Terrible customer service went at 9:25 at night they say they close at 10 at night but had no regular glazed donuts so what the hell are you open till 10 oclock at night for if you dont have no Donuts.never go again went to dunkin donuts

Slow....Waited for 10 minutes for 1 single donut in the drive thru, only had one car in front of us. Went inside, was ignored, finally got the donut....Would give it no stars except they didnt charge me for it.

In my opinion there is no better donuts! I love Krispy Kreme! But you dont get the real wonderfulness unless you visit a shop. I still like them, but they are not as good from a gas station or store!

Still some of the best doughnuts you can find anywhere. Tough location to get in/out of and parking can be a pain but worth it since the next closest Krispy Kreme is about 30 minutes away.

I paid eleven dollars for an assorted box, only to get 10 of them to be the exact same old-fashioned glazed. You figure when you buy an assorted box, there would at least be a variety.

Parking Lot looks sketch and is in need of repair giving the place a run-down kind of vibe. Doughnuts were good though! Cant speak for the interior since we hit the drive thru

Selection was great, facility a little run-down. I do miss the KK back in IL, where theyd give you a free glazed if the "Hot" light was on, but Ill settle for paid ones. :D

I dont have a Krispy Kreme where I live anymore so it was nice to have it again. These donuts are unbeatable, especially when compared to what I have back at home.

Today was by one dozen, get a dozen for 80 cents. Line out the door and down 4 stores. Employees kept up very well under the circumstances. Great place!

I would order large quantities of donuts for work. The staff was always friendly and quick. The coffee is good as well.
