Unfortunately what I would have given four stars Ive knocked down to two because of the experience that I had with one of the employees working today. I was looking for food for my kitten and realized that they do not have my brand or food directly for kittens. I asked for assistance and the employee who spoke with me was extremely condescending. Before asking me what brand I use he told me what I use was not good enough and I wasnt properly feeding him. He also kept looking at the tattoo on my foot and then glaring at me. When I told him I did not want to mix his current food with a new brand yet and that I will need to go else where to find it he rudely said okay and did not even say bye. The first visit I had the employee I spoke with was great and very helpful, but unfortunately I do not want to go again and deal with this employee.

My family and i went for ice cream this afternoon and the service to be blunt was horrendence! It was almost as if we were burdening the employee (who was actually the owner) for even wanting to be served. This was my families first time there and I assure I will not be back.
