Owner is a hot head, they over charge on sub par products. Dont waste your money here --- I bought a glass peice from you, and 20 seconds later (I didnt even leave your property), saw one I liked better and wanted to exchange it for a different one. I even offered to pay a restocking fee. Your return policy was not stated, and you know as well as I do the item was not used because I litterally purchased it 20 seconds earlier in front of you Matt. You are a scam artist, and a hot head. Cursing at your customers is very professional buddy.

These guys are the best, very relaxed laid back place. Prices are the best Ive seen and Ive been to multiple head shops around the area and all over the northeast. The service is top-notch and also very welcoming and friendly. I generally spend about 30-60 minutes just looking at product adding to my wish list . Ill be back for that volcano before xmas!!!!

I have to admit I should have bought my E-Nail from an online source. That said, I have asked repeatedly for the manual for the e-nail I bought at this shop it was not in my box. In addition, my several emails have gone unanswered! Matt you left me no choice your customer service is a joke!
