Wish I could rate zero stars. Something was wrong with the first pump I tried. My card was authorized, but when I tried to pump the gas, nothing came out. I hit the "help"button and waited, but no one came to help. So I cancelled the transaction and tried again, but the pump was stuck with a message saying, "transaction stopped". So I drove around to a different pump. Thats when the woman decided to finally come out and "help", by telling me my card was declined. I said, that it wasnt declined, but that I had cancelled the transaction. She argued with me that the card was actually declined. I explained what happened and said "theres something wrong with that pump." She told me the pump was fine and that there was something wrong with my card. At this point I got irritated. She said dont bother trying it again, it will just be declined again. But if you come inside, I can try to authorize it in here. I said, no, Im not getting my toddler out off the car to go inside. My card is fine. She again told me it was not going to work and walked away. I inserted my card in the second machine, and like magic, it worked. Hmmm, I have half a mind to try to dispute the charges in my card, since according to get, it was not authorized.

The worst coustomer sevice i have ever been treated with will never go there for anything please learn coustomer service or hire someone with coustomer service experience and will be contacting cooperate about this the old lady with short hair and glasses had the same nasty attitude yesterday
