Im not sure about the other responses. I had a horrible experience at Visionworks and paid a lot of money for a pair of junk glasses that they wouldnt fix and I couldnt wear. This time I went to Eyeglass World and had excellent service from start to finish. Amanda and Courtney were wonderful and spent over an hour helping me pick the right frames and there was no pressure for all the addons ( even though from previous experience I did add product protection for scratches, etc). George, the manager, is friendly and helpful as well. I didnt go with the cheap deal but went to the higher end frames. My lenses needed to be ordered but came in about a week. I already scratched one of them by accidentally hitting my watch against the lens and brought them in today. NO ISSUES since I got the product protection, and they are ordered me a brand new lens to replace the one I damaged no questions asked. I just bought a pair of prescription sunglasses from them too and my husband just went in to get his new glasses. I work retail and already have received several compliments on my new glasses! I had a good experience and have no problems recommending this company to others.

We shouldnt have to bwg employees to do their job!!! I hate this place!!! I wiyldnt come vack but my husband insists on taking his vusiness here. My husband was picking up his contacts and glasses, after waiting a week past their supposed delivery date. When we arrived, we found that they had both in the store but we were never contacted. I tried to schedule myself an appointment for an exam. I walked over to the corner office and waited for help. Three employees proceeded to sit around, talking in Spanish amongst themselves. Not once was I offered help. I finally went back to sit with my husband, then one of the lazy employs (Juan) went over to the corner office. Is customer service nonexistent here? A resounding YES!!! Update: I went back to purchase glasses. I went on three occasions looking for help. On the third visit, after 20 minutes, I was finally greeted. The sale went as expected. When my glasses finally arrived, I picked them up and was happy with the glasses. However, they gave me a soft sided case for a pair of Versace glasses I had paid over $500!!! Really????

I went here to get my prescription renewed, and get new glasses. I could not be more thrilled. Everyone was super helpful. The clerk who helped ring up my glasses was VERY VERY nice, and went out of his way to see the various costs of different things as i was trying to stay in a set budget. And he actually helped me come in about $50 under my budget. So that was really cool as well. They had a very nice selection of glasses to choose from. I found all of the staff friendly and very willing to help you out. The optometrist was very nice and professional as well. I would recommend this place to anyone needing glasses/contacts. Everyone was very nice and professional and you will leave a happy customer. Also, Ive received nothing buy compliments on how nice my glasses are. So thank you Eyeglass World!

BEST EVER THANK YOU JORDAN CHRYSTAL AND CHRIS I was in A terrible Bind, my work and everyday glasses Broke on a Saurday morning I had no glasses for work thats when I called and spoke to Jordan at Eye Glass World!! From the time I spoke to JORDAN (She is so Awesome My Favorite !!) Thrue CHRIS the Lab Technician approving the major reshape of the lenses for my new glasses CRYSTAL the Lab manager CUSTOM FIT my old lenses to new frames in about 6 minutes!!! These Folks are The FRENDLIEST MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE PATIENT Folks I have ever dealt with I WILL DRIVE FROM PUEBLO TO COLORADO SPRINGS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE I EXPERIENCED!!!!! One word: FAIL. Restroom was disgusting and more filthy than what you would find in the most run down gas station/convenience store. Generally ignored by the staff. I had an appointment and didnt get seen by Dr Sanner until 30 minutes after my appointment, and she made me feel like I was a total inconvenience to her. PLUS...I just looked at my statement from my insurance company...Dr Sanner charged my insurance company for a Refraction that did not happen. Crooked behavior...indifferent staff. Good news is that I took my prescription to Abba on Nevada to get my actual glasses. Abba is much better...I wish I went there from the start.

Horrible place!! Dingy, poor lighting, smells of mildew, but worst of all is the people that work there. I walk in and these "children" playing dress up are on there phones and too busy having there own conversations to notice Im there. After selecting the frames I want I sit down to purchase them and the young lady helping me seems a bit lost and calls over her manager (who was very rude, and quite mean to the young lady) Sierra, by this point Im just done I get up to leave and this very rude manager gets sassy with me so long story short never again will I go back. I strongly recommend finding a more professional optical center.

One of the lenses was cloudy and the cut of the lenses was very choppy - One of the lenses also developed a small crack that I did not cause... I have worn glasses my entire life and have never had any troubles with this. I pointed it out to them and they acted like they didnt even know what I meant... maybe they should get their eyes checked... Another time I went here to get my new glasses adjusted and the man obviously did not know how to adjust partial wireless rim glasses... however I didnt figure that out until after he took them in the back and tried... Which resulted in them being bent.

I broke the frame to my favorite pair of glasses. So I bought some replacement frames and took them (and the lenses that didnt break) to Eyeglass World on Academy in Colorado Springs. Berenice, the optician, listened patiently to my story, and took the new frame and old lenses back to Crystal, the lab manager to see what could be done. The end result was my old lenses installed into my new frames...and in less than an hour! Awesome work. Thank you ladies for the excellent customer service. Ill recommend you to anyone who needs an affordable place for eyeglasses.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had 2 pairs of glasses ordered. I have received my sunglasses but still 2 weeks later have not received my other pair. The pair that I need to be able to see with. I went in and was told there was a defect in one of the lenses and they should be in that Friday or Monday the latest. Still no call. So I called them on today (Tuesday). Still no glasses!!!!!!! I paid a lot of money for something that I still dont have. I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS WAS AND TO NEVER GO HERE!!

I broke my frames Thanksgiving weekend. I called and Kim told me that they while she could not guarantee matching my existing lenses, she could try. If not, she might be able to get me new lenses in time. I drove over and Sierra greeted me. She took my glasses and matched them to a set of frames that were low cost, and rugged enough for my needs. Both ladies were professional and very friendly, and fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I cannot say enough nice things about the service I received. I highly recommend this business.
