Decent Liquor store and prices are good but for being such a large and fully staffed liquor store (huge wine selection) their hours are pathetic. Not too sure if cheers just thinks people will shop during their limited hours because theyll save a few bucks; but my gut is they figure that all those "Best of" awards they have won will bring in customers regardless of their unorthodox hours: Most nights they close at 9 or 10. On Sundays they close at 6pm. My other favorite liquor store "Js" on Fillmore is open until midnight every night and their prices arent much higher. Heck, i get half the liquor stores in COS close at midnight. I figured that was the norm! I just cant believe Cheers isnt open until midnight at least on Friday and Saturday nights and extended hours on Sunday nights which is now a big NFL football watching/drinking night. Plus, their TV are horrible. That is worth a minus 1 star all by itself!

Amazing selection of beer, wine and liquor. Its like a grocery store with nothing but alcohol. All the micros I was trying to find. The reason I removed a star was for 2 categories. First would be location. I wish it were in a better part of town... Closer to... Well, anything! There is no reason to go down to this part of town except for the selection. The rent must be REALLY cheap! The second would be the price. I can get the same wine and beer for less. The difference is that I can get a better selection here. I just wish it werent at the higher price. Not the highest, just higher. Coal Train has a good wine selection and price, but not everything else I want.

Great beer selection... a whole section dedicated to Colorado brews, which Im a huge fan of. Standard pricing, good service. We got a great recommendation from a dude with a hipster moustache! Didnt ask, got it anyway and discovered a new favorite. One cashier with tattoos is typically apathetic and has terrible, TERRIBLE service (she was on her phone before I even signed my receipt) ... but I dont give a place a bad score based on one girls inability to act like she gives two craps about her paycheck. Shes the only one Ive ever actually avoided just because, yuck.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been a customer for many years. Cheers has a loyalty program if you buy $500 worth of products you will receive a $20 credit towards a future purchase. I am moving out of state (Oct 26th) so I asked if the credit could be applied prior to their posting period (Nov). I was told I need to prove that I sold my house and am moving. Seriously!!! They have lost my business from now till I move and will tell everyone of my beer drinking friends how they responded to such a simple request.

Does not take verticle IDs despite your age. What a ridiculous policy to have in a military town with lots of people who have had no reason to get a new drivers license. I hope this company losses their liquor license and goes out of business and the owners end up begging on the street for change. Dispicable.

I have always had a great experience cheers. They always have a very wide variety of alcohol to choose from anything from beer to hard liquor and wines even. And unless theres a special going on at another store they are usually the cheapest in town.

Went to 6 liquor stores (including the big liquor store on Academy), trying to find a specific champaign for Christmas dinner. Finally made my way to Cheers, and sure enough, they had it in stock. Next time, Im going straight to Cheers.

Easily one of the best liquor stores in the city. Fantastic selection of wine, craft beer, and hard liquor. Prices are pretty average compared to other places and they have plenty of sales.

Bad customer service . Bad keg policy , That wanted it back in 3 days to get a full refund for the dirty tap. With the aditude I got I will never go back. Not many keg choices.
