So I go to the Coffee Bean most days after work for a cup of coffee and a snack, Next door is a restaurant which I love their food, I eat dinner at that restaurant most evenings. I usually see folks I know having a cup of coffee from the coffee bean or theyre also eating as I do. So we chat while we eat and drink coffee. they both offer free wi fi, which is nice. 2 days ago, I have no clue as to why, a police woman walks up to me and asks me for my Drivers License, I asked why, She said that the Coffee bean doesnt want to service me anymore, and I should NEVER come here again. I have NO CLUE why, the officer did not know either, all she knew was that as of now, I am forbidden to come here. I have never been more humiliated in my life. does racism play a part here? I am enquiring good representation right now to find out why I have been so humiliated in public.

I like coming here be sure I always get amazing service and I love that they make sure Im happy with my order. Its the people that make or break your experience and they always are on point, especially one person there that will remain a mystery, but I will say this much; she is the reason I go there. She handles the bar like no other and always has the friendliest smile.

This is a great location at the corner of Ventura Blvd and Reseda Blvd. The store is very clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking at this location can be challenging at times depending on the time of day you are visiting.

They are discriminating against Israeli, Armenian and Iranian customers. They wont serve many people that used to go there for years. They are rude and impolite. When we asked why they wouldnt serve us, they said that will call the cops on us.

I love going here. They have such a calm, relaxed atmosphere, the people who make the coffee are amazingly nice, and the prices are low and good. Everything tastes great and I could absolutely stay in here for a day and not mind at all!

Best coffee worst location, hard to enter & exit due to traffic at this site. Better choice is at Corbin and Ventura. Easy access, big patio, great WiFi, plenty of parking

This is a great place to do business,have a cup of Joe, or just hang out... The food,coffee,shakes,etc... are great! This is by far one of the best coffee beans in LA

My home base Coffee Bean, I frequent this place plenty as well. The parking lot in this one is quite busy and crowded - which adds to the danger when navigating.

The only drawback is the Wi-Fi. Its UNBELIEVABLY slow and very spotty. Wouldnt recommend doing business unless you have your own hotspot, otherwise forget it!
