DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!! They put items on the website they dont even have. It happened to me. I purchased something that was shown in stock and they sold it to me. I had called the store 1 day after placing my order and a woman who was clearly aggravated told me that their normal turn around time in 48 hours.... didnt know that meant they didnt check to make sure the product was in stock for 48hrs. horrible way to run a business and very poor apology if there even was one there. No offer of a coupon or discount or try to find me something similar. completely disgusted with these people and no idea how they have so many stars on yelp. They must run the inside of the store completely different. To be honest I think they sold my alcohol knowingly inside the store. The guy said it had been out of stock for three weeks when this particular product was only released 2 weeks before. So thanks Jug Shop for the F- Service.

The craft beer selection is pretty small, but there are gems to be found. Apparently they ran out of Russian River Pliny the Elder, but I was able to grab a couple bottles of Blind Pig; which was nice since they stopped shipping Blind Pig in bottles to Portland. I was surprised not to see the big summer seasonals (IE Stone IRS and Belgo Anise IRS as well as Deschutes Black Butte XXIII), but perhaps we are a bit spoiled in Portland when it comes to craft beer.

Super friendly and helpful! My boyfriend was staying at a hotel in the area and I wanted to make his travel day a little easier. They were able to recommend some great local beers based on his favorites back home. Then, their delivery service had it waiting at the front desk of his hotel for him for when he checked in. He was so surprised and loved the beers they recommended. Really great guys and really amazing service.

Another fantastic cocktail store in San Francisco. Support local business and come here to see their amazing selection of wine and spirits. In addition, they have a lot of great ingredients to make cocktails with too. Ive mostly purchased wine and spirits here, but word on the street is they have a decent beer selection too.

Owners are really knowledgeable and will guide you to the right choice, based on your flavor, price, and pairing preferences. Great bargain wines up front, with more expensive ones throughout the store. Strong beer and hard alcohol selection. Beer tasting (favorite!) on Fridays and wine tasting on Thursdays.

If youre looking for hard-to-find spirits, exotic syrups for cocktails, and friendly, knowledgeable service, all at very reasonable prices, this ought to be your first stop. I know less about wine, but their selection looks formidable for these as well. All around, my new favorite liquor store in SF!

They have a great selection of beers and alcohol here. Prices are very good; the staff is very friendly and experienced. They usually do beer tastings on Friday and wine tastings in Thursday, which are a great way to learn what you should be drinking and meet some locals.
